I had the opportunity to work with Euclid while my family was renovating our house. He is truly an audiovisual guru. He installed a state of the art home theater as well as a surround system at my father’s office. The results were brilliant. If you go to his store ask to go see the back showroom. You will have the audio/​visual experience of your life

The quality of their work was poor. The technician they sent was friendly but not qualified to handle the job he was given. 3 – 4 service appointments were broken with garden variety excuses. An additional 3 – 4 service appointments were broken without any notification from the technician. It felt like we had hired amateurs.

I have used Euclid and Igor many times for repairs and consultation on High End systems I have owned. The most friendly repair service I have ever encountered in Chicago. They have an excellent showroom as well with quality audio equipment. A must see/​visit for any Chicagoan audiophiles.
