History
Established in 2006.
Providing instruction in traditional Korean Tang Soo Do and Kali-Eskrima, we work with kids and adults, ages 5 and up. Students learn kicks, punches, blocks, and self-defense moves, while developing better concentration, self-confidence, discipline. This is a full-body workout that not only burns lots of calories, but also builds muscle, improves balance, endurance, and cardiovascular health. It’s great for kids, adults, and a fun workout to do together as a family! Located in the Wicker Park Lutheran Church, we offer a convenient location and a variety of class times.
