History

Established in 1999.

Richard Milne who started Local Anesthetic many years ago on 93 XRT-​Fm also started Rank Entertainment, Inc in 1999. We have the best ears and the best knowledge about music than anyone else in Chicago.

We do not represent any bands. We decided from day 1 to work for the client. For example, if you phone our company and ask for a jazz trio, we can provide 5 different options for your event. We would propose 5 different sounds providing jazz music.
