Fast and friendly — I dropped my cracked screen device off in the afternoon and picked it up on the way to the airport. They’ve got materials in stock — so glad I found these guys!

Unilocal reviews led me here when I shattered my iPhone 6 screen into a thousand shards of glass. I’ve always been skeptical of these «cell phone repair places» but it would be way too expensive to completely replace my phone.
It was $ 110 to replace my screen completely. I’m sure the cost varies depending on your phone. Everyone here was so nice! Easy to talk to, QUICK, and funny. I came in, dropped off my phone, went to Dunkin Donuts next door, and returned. Phone was fixed within a few minutes!
The screen looked brand new, no signs of replacement and no issues thereafter. I’m so glad that I came here. It was much easier than dealing with ATT!
Bonus– super easy parking. It’s in a little strip mall. There’s a Subway and a Dunkin Donuts right next door if you need to pass the time.

Mixed feelings about this place. We brought my husband’s phone in after it crashed while trying to install some updates. We were pretty sure it was gone for good, but thought it would be worth one last shot to try to save it. Staff was super friendly, no doubt about it. After we explained what happened, we moved down to the end of the counter so we could give our information for the work order. The guy behind the counter looked at my hand, noticed my wedding ring and asked if the diamonds were real. Huh? Kind of strange, kind of rude. But whatever. I said, «yes». Then he asked how much it cost. What?! Who does this? Not kind of rude… really rude. Um, not your business. It turns out he was looking for a jeweler himself, but why you would ever ask these things of a customer and a perfect stranger is beyond me. I have no problem helping someone out and leading them in the direction of a good jeweler, but wow…
So, he said he would call about the phone. We waited and did not hear anything. Like many people, my husband only has his cell. no landline. So, we eventually just called them. They said they had tried one thing and it didn’t work, but would try one more thing and call back. No call the rest of that day/​evening. No call the next day. We just decided to go pick up the phone and consider it a goner.
I went in to pick up the phone and I just told them that I hadn’t gotten a call about it, but we figured it was just dead, so I just came in for it. He then said he called. I told him he didn’t. We didn’t know if they got anywhere with the phone, but we figured they didn’t. Then he starts looking around and can’t find the phone. Says he thinks he brother took it «off site». I don’t know what this means, but it made me uncomfortable. The fact that he didn’t know where it was for awhile, maybe it was offsite, he didn’t know, and the fact that he takes phones out of the store to work on them-​I didn’t know that– and I guess I am not cool with that. So, he looks around for awhile longer and finds it in another random pile. The phone still wasn’t working. So, I picked it up and left.
Communication seems very poor. They never called at any time. Communication seems poor within the store if his brother appears to take phones out of the store to work on them, but he doesn’t know which phones. Service just wasn’t great. There does not seem to be a lot of organization. I don’t want my phone to leave the place it is being serviced at. They didn’t charge us for looking at the phone, which was super nice. And they themselves were very friendly, albeit maybe lacking social graces. However, this whole process left me feeling uneasy. I wouldn’t bring my phone back there again if I had problems.

Friendly staff and great price but my iPad still doesn’t work the same. Took it in three separate repairs to get it working: first time my screen fell off randomly, second time a piece of dust was under the glass and third time it’s finally working but the touch screen is messed up… Don’t really want to take it in a fourth time despite them being friendly and cheap.

Hey these guys have saved me so many times it’s unreal. And if they can’t fix it they will be up front about it

Great experience. Good guys… Omar helped me out with a defective iPhone 5c in 10 min with no BS. I thought the digitizer was broken, turns out there was just a lose connection, he only charged me for the quick fix. He could have easily replaced the whole thing and charged me more. I believe in good karma and these guys did right by me, so the least I can do is give them some good karma right back. Get an otterbox while you’re there, that will ensure you won’t be back, good luck habibi ;)

Super friendly! Lightning speed repaired my daughter’s cell phone screen in less then 10 min. I hope that I don’t need there service, however if I do i have «a guy»!! BEST SERVICE!

This place is fair and they do everything to fix your phone. If they can’t fix it, they don’t charge you. Khaled was real and was honest when coming to pricing. Definitely coming back here for future problems again!

Wow this place is amazing these guys are the best. I had problem with my phone they took care of it with in 10 mins. They have everything you need phones and more.

I went to this establishment and Anas helped me out. I read the reviews here and I though yes I’d stop in because I recently broke my iPhone 5c screen.
He was very nice, upfront and it wasn’t as expensive as all the others places I searched.
Overall, great experience and I recommend this shop to anyone that needs repairs or anything to do with phones.

These guys are simply amazing and it’s no wonder that they’ve been holding down this spot for so long! I had a severely cracked screen on my LG Nexus where I could actually see the circuitry (no, I’m not explaining how it happened!), and I thought for sure this phone was toast…
Brought it in on a Monday afternoon around 2 and Khaled apologized that they were so busy and couldn’t have it ready until 6pm. Really!?! Every other place quotes at least a day for something of this magnitude and they were apologetic that it would take four hours because they «were swamped»! I received a call at 6 saying that it was ready and picked it up the next morning. And, by the way, they shake your hand — their friendliness was refreshing (not to mention their warranty!).

They were quick and polite and fixed my Samsung phone in a little over an hour. I had jammed the volume button in and it was loading a dead screen. Reasonable prices and very good customer service.

Quick turnaround and top quality replacement of our cracked iPad2 screen. No extra charge for trimming the bent edges. They recommended a different case, but not to upsell us. (They did not stock it) Will absolutely use again.

Also bought the Groupon deal, as I ended up smashing my screen to smithereens wiping out on some ice…
These guys are AWESOME! I love this place! I seriously cannot say enough positive remarks on these guys! The transaction was super quick and easy, and they were able to replace my screen in 20 – 30 minutes. Great screen installation too — looks like my phone is brand new again!

Couldn’t be a nicer or easier transaction. I purchased a Groupon to have the screen on my daughter’s iphone 5c replaced. They easily exchanged the incorrect one I purchased (bought the Groupon for a 4s by mistake) and threw in a screen protector. Took less than 20 minutes. Highly recommend.

Excellent experience. I had cracked the glass on my newer model phone. They quoted me a price well below their competition. When I went in, they explained what it would take to replace, checked to make sure they had the part, gave me a quote and told me when it would be finished. They held true to their word on all counts, and I have been pleased with the work they did. Additionally, they also offered to give me a loner phone while they worked on it. Very pleased.

Bought a Groupon for iPhone 5 screen replacement from these guys. They turned the repair around in 20 minutes and were quite friendly and pleasant to boot. Place has a real neighborhood feel. I’m glad I found them.

I recently had spilled water on my cell phone. The phone still worked but the main screen had no picture. I thought I’d be able to install a new screen myself not knowing that there would be soldiering involved. I took it into First Comm and they were able to fix it for cheap and fast.
