Customer Service: My husband was in the mood for Mexican food so we chose this place. The hostess was rude. We walked in, she looked at us, picked up a few menus, and walked away. We weren’t sure if she wanted us to follow her, but I did anyway. She then sets the menus on a table and walks away, again, without saying a word. My husband just stood there, looking at her. She comes back and say, «you’re looking at me like I did something wrong.» My husband is too nice, so he didn’t respond. Our waiter, on the other hand, was very friendly and checked on us frequently. Cleanliness: I got a peek into the kitchen(as we were seated right next to it). It looked messy and there seemed to be trash on the floor. Food: I ordered steak, mashed potatoes and broccoli. The steak was average. Mashed potatoes were NASTY; DONOTORDER. Their French fries are really good though. My husband had their fajita combination of chicken and steak. He liked it, but he’s not particularly picky. Overall, I would only come back if I’m desperate and it’s my only option.

10 minutes and the server NEVER came to our table. As we were leaving the mgr said she would take our oder. It wasn’t busy at all, maybe half the place was empty and there were servers standing around. Chilli’s is a huge chain. I will not go to this location ever again. They need to replace the whole staff or they will loos all their customers. What a complete waste of my time!

I have been here before and I will say that the menu got better. I found some food that my one year old devoured off of my plate.(haha). The staff was very friendly but the service was so slow. I feel as if the waitress didn’t really explain the menu well when we were ordering. So we got a lot of french fries which weren’t eaten. Otherwise, it was a decent visit.

The service and food quality has gone down. Took our waitress about 10 minutes to come to our table and greet us. Placed our order and when the food was brought my fries were cold… majority of our food was warm meaning it was sitting out for some time. Waitress came only when to take our order, bring our food, and give us our check which was the wrong total. Sad this is management was at front of restaurant conversing while we waited for our waitress several times. Sad thing is one of our favorite places has gone down.

So, how does someone give you a pager and forget to log you in the waiting list? Yes! ! That happened to us. 7pm on a Friday. Unreal! It just ruined the rest of the night. The service there needs to be revamped. Food is good, but worthless if you lose your appetite due to bad service.

Food is delicious ! Try the margarita chicken! My all time fav. Very clean and the nachos are a great appetizer. Not to pricey either.

Most wait staff is good, some r a little forgetful. I’m gluten free so I’m happy they have a decent menu for that. I LOVE the fact I can order their potato soup-my fave & most other places add wheat flour 2 thicken, but not here. I usually order the Margarita chicken-which depending on day may be sweet or spicy. lol.

The service here was nice and the wait for a Saturday night is not bad. It’s about $ 40 for 3 people so take that how you want. But the service overall was quick and friendly and the food was really good.

Hit or miss on the wait staff, but I always come back! It’s Chili’s so you know you’re getting the commercial food experience. However, the kitchen has never failed me or my friends. Fairly clean establishment with reasonable wait times for its size and location. Some wait staff/hosts seriously need to change up their profession. Nothing worse than knowing someone can’t stand providing service to you. On more than one occasion, my friends and I have gotten the automated robot server and it’s uncomfortable. For me at least. If you’re hungry though, stop in and try it. It’s still Chili’s.

I have been to many Chilis since they have opened. It’s been a while since ive been to this one. For a while it was pretty bad. Today I just happen ed to be near by and I said what the heck. I went in for lunch and was seated immediately. The server(s) were very friendly very friendly and attentive. Frequently asking if we needed a refill or anything else. I ordered a Triple play with the sliders, boneless buffalo chicken and the southwest eggrolls. I also ordered The 10oz sirloin with a half slab of ribs and loaded mashed potatos. The sliders were soft, juicy and perfectly cooked, the eggrolls were hot and crispy. Unfortunately the buffalo chicken was still over breaded. I ordered my sirlion medium, and it arrived the perfect pink, the ribs were tender and surprisingly meaty, and the loaded mashed is still exactly the same(has always been good). I was really happy today. I had a really good experience. In the past i’ve many problems at this Chilis and with this good experience it has me hopeful that this location has turned itself around. So for toady i give them a thumbs up. 3.5 stars if I could. One more thing, Im glad the fixed the personal table pos screens. They used to always be slow or not work at all. The newer ones work great.

I ordered the parmesan crusted steak, med rare. The first one came out well over well done, it was actually burnt! The second one came out RAW! Basically still blinking and breathing. Don’t eat here, EVER!!! Wait stuff was uninterested and bored. 20 minutes to get a drink and the place wasnt even half filled. Eat anywhere but here!!!

Terrible customer service. I asked simply if they could sub some avocado or guacamole for the meat options in the fajita, and they told me no. Since there were no other meatless options, I told her that I wouldn’t be eating then and she seemed not to care. The server then didn’t come by to take my boyfriends order for over 20 min, and never checked on us once. I asked another server for the manager on duty’s name. So after we paid and were leaving, the manager came to the table and asked what was the matter and then decided she wanted to send me home with fajitas with the guacamole. I told her it was too late, and that they should have just done it in the first place. So I never ate dinner while I was there. Won’t ever go back.

I love this restaurant! My favorite things are the salads. They are all scrumptiously delicious. I also enjoy the Buffalo wings. On my most recent visit here, February 5, 2014, I ordered the Santa Fe salad before they handed me a new menu with an assortment of recently added Mexican dishes. There are now flautas, gorditas, tacos and enchiladas. All look good and tasty. I will have to try one on my next visit. Until then, hasta la vista, Chili’s!

We stopped for a quick, but not so quick lunch. I don’t think $ 27 for two bugers, and cokes is reasonable. That being said the food was very good, and our server was nice. Still took a long time to get our food.

Some Saturdays it is SOHARD to drag yourself off the couch, even to go out to dinner. And when you’re trying to count calories it makes it extra hard because you have to look up everything you want to eat and try and determine what will make you full and stay within your limits. Enter Chilis. In typical chain-restaurant style, this place was packed on a Saturday night at dinner time. But we have a secret weapon, my wife and I. We aren’t afraid to eat at the bar. And since there’s only two of us, we can just as easily sit next to one another at the bar as we can at a regular table. Booyah. No waiting, ginger-ninja style. The bartender/server fellow was friendly and efficient. Our food came out hot, in that preprepared, same as you get at every Chilis type of way. And it was decent. I don’t usually pick this place, but the fact that their nutrition information is on their website has won me over. I had a ton of extra calories that day, so I indulged with a cup of the baked potato soup. It was creamy and cheesy and well, yummy. The chicken fajitas were just okay in that«I coulda made this dish myself» typeaway. Nothing special about them. And the chicken had that frozen/reheated/hockey puck sort of thing going on with it. In hindsight, I would’ve went with steak. But whatevs. I got full. I didn’t overindulge and live goes on.

The food is okay, but definitely overpriced. If you expect to get service here, you’re better off going home and making yourself a sandwich, because you’re just not going to get it. The waitress that we had the unfortunate circumstance of having can be described as «flighty» at best. We asked for drinks to be filled repeatedly, only to be ignored and never gotten, until we had to get another server’s attention. My friend wanted to get a Coronarita and ordered it in the very beginning, when we first sat down. That thing didn’t come out until the very end of our meals, as we’re just about ready to leave. So uncalled for and just not right. You have to keep repeating yourself, until you decide to just give up and deal with what you got. Not a very enjoyable dining experience. The waitress also brought us dirty silverware to boot. Lets just say that when the check came in, she didn’t get a tip. Such poor service from this place, that I vowed to never go back, and I never will. Blah!

Stopped in for dinner last night with my family of 7. I rarely dine at Chili’s, and to my surprise, the food and service was great. Matt(the server) has excellent customer service skills. Rarely have I seen a server with a high degree of attentiveness. Matt will eventually move on to greater opportunities. As for my family, we will continue to dine at Chili’s to experience more of their great food and service. The wings, nachos, and carribean salad are a must.

It’s Chili’s. Nothing super special. There was not a long wait to be seated. Our server was chill, very punk rocker-esque. Our drinks, appetizer, and food came out in a timely manner. My little brother liked the tabletop menu/game system and it kept him occupied which was good for me and the parents. We had spinach dip which was ok(I’ve had better) and ribs, shrimp, there was a burger, and a molten lava cake. My ribs were good and my steak was actually cooked right. No one complained about their food. My only gripe is that we were sat at this tiny table. I’m a booth person… even if I’m eating with only one other person. With that said, it’s Chili’s.
