Larry was extremely thorough, in fact my realtor had not seen someone so thorough in her 20+ years as an agent. He also patiently answered our many questions. His prices were reasonable (less than everyone else) and his service over the top. Throughout the inspection he gave us tips on home upkeep. He did not push additional tests either. No reason to look elsewhere!

I had Larry as my inspector, and it was a great experience. I’m a first-​time home buyer, and I felt much more confident about buying the house after the inspection. Also, I was in a hurry to get the inspection done. I called at 7:00 p.m. on a Monday, and they were able to schedule the inspection for 2:30 the next day. I was very impressed and happy with the service.

I’d give Larry six stars if I could. He found about 40 different things the contractors messed up or that needed fixing, some small, some major. He was methodical and tested everything. He’s not beholden to realtors or insurance agents. His business is from government contracts and word of mouth. His repair estimates were accurate, and he isn’t about to be bullied around. I’d sum it up as honest, experienced, and tenacious. No wonder he’s the guy training the government inspectors.

I am a first time buyer and Mr. Wasson was incredible. He spend a lot of time explaining to me how the systems of the house were suppose to work, then what the problems he saw were. This helped me negotiate lower offers, I even withdrew one offer. Larry’s great to work with and I would recommend Larry to any one. He offered to come back and make sure that the sellers really did fix what they were supposed to before the final deal went through. He was also really patient with me. I am glad he was on my team of the deal!
