The Sound Room

Went to The Sound Room for a system, and the customer assistance is superb! The staff knows their stuff, and they can assist you if you’re on a budget. I highly recommend this to new and veteran buyers of sound and other equipment. I got myself a Paradigm speaker as per their recommendation, and I love it!

Great place for audio and video freaks. Staff knows their stuff. I had a specific application that I needed advice on. They were very helpful. Gary Macchi waited on me and he was excellent.

I have been to the sunroom many times. They have an incredible selection of high-​end TVs including the Sony 4K TVs.
Several years ago I had them install a large home theater in my house and it is absolutely wonderful. The store manager Gary couldn’t have been nicer.
I have bought several other TVs and stereo type equipment from them over years. I would highly recommend them.
By the way if you have had someone else install your home theater or TV and it doesn’t work please call the Soundroom they can fix almost anything!!!

I purchased equipment from the Sound Room for a home theater system including B&W speakers, Dolby 7.1, and a 110″ screen with Sony projector. If you go here, ask for Mike Swisher. He is not only knowledgeable, he is easy to work with once you set up a budget for the project. They can provide as much of the project, or as little based on the way you want to handle the installation.
We used them for the components and the installation of the components. Mike was wonderful, and when we had a couple of issues with power in the house, Mike was patent, came over three times to help me get my electricians lined out.
The installation crew was fantastic, all great personalities, and very knowledgeable. Their workmanship was (is) perfect. The little details were addressed and my theater is perfect. Come over to my house and watch a movie with me!

Actually stumbled across this place while visiting my son in chiropractic school. The lack of high end shops that have gone by the wayside are countless. When you find one and they don’t treat you like some troll that makes the experience most enjoyable. My man Jon knows his stuff. I’ve been collecting high end gear for 25 years and I needed some tweaking of the systems at two different locations. He gave me a great demo, did not put my current equipment down so I could buy new and better stuff. He worked with my systems to make them more advanced and increase convenience. He knows analogue, digital and multiple applications and sources. Great experience and great store. Also fair pricing through a national buyers network.

My husband and I like to dream big about our future, and therefore often find ourselves in places like The Sound Room on the weekend. Recently we paid a visit to The Sound Room, and we were completely awed.
The manager or owner — I’m not sure which he is — happily took us through his entire store on a tour, explaining all of the technology and letting us test it, even though we told him we wouldn’t be able to afford anything they sell for at least the next few years. He didn’t even care! He sat us in their theater, turned the lights out and let us experience a first class home theater system. He showed us the upcoming technology in theaters, theater furniture, speakers, integrated home systems and much more. They have stereo speakers for outside that look like rocks, that are huge planters, and they can wire your house to play your ipod throughout the home and that you can control anywhere.
I am so excited by this store that I am telling everyone. I can’t get over how he spent around an hour with us [possibly more], even though he wasn’t making a sale. That’s smart. When we do have the money, we’ll go big and he will get the entire deal. Plus, we’re surely sending them plenty of other customers. Check these guys out, they are no pressure, love what they do, are very knowledgeable, have a ton of options and seem to be very good people.
