WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! Not helpful at all, ordered the wrong size even after I told them it was too big! So unhelpful! Different stories when you talk to them! TERRIBLE! Also, ordered the wrong dress for one of the other people in the wedding party! STAY CLEAR OF THEM!!!

I tried on my first ever wedding dress at this store. I went a few other places in St. Charles afterwords, just to be sure the dress I had chosen was «the one». The staff is knowledgeable and attentive, they helped so much and offered their opinions when asked. They were always upbeat and made the experience fun! The dresses were also not as expensive as I had been anticipating. Now, it’s still a wedding dress so it is going to be a big ticket purchase in general, but for the fabric and make of the dress, this buy was a no brainier.
The store also has a seamstress who they recommend, and she is amazing as well. When we asked if Juliet sleeves could be added to the dress, she didn’t even blink. She was wonderful to work with!
Overall, my experience here was great and I definitely recommend any bride on the hunt for the perfect dress to come check it out!

The owner has been so helpful to me! I have visited nearly every store in our area (about 9 shops) to only be scoffed at and pushed out the door because of the time frame I’m working with. The ladies at Signature Bridal were one out of only two shops who were willing to talk with me, contact manufacturers, get pricing, push for rush delivery, etc. I know this isn’t something they had to do, but sincerely wanted to help me. I appreciate the kindness and generosity more than I can explain. I know exactly where I will be going for any business I have in the future! Bonus-​the shop is GORGEOUS! Thanks ladies for everything!
