Cute storefront Starbucks that has the usual coffees and pastries. Several tables and even some comfy-looking overstuffed chairs. A stack of board games in the window for those who do such things. My order was taken promptly and filled swiftly. It was A-OK.

Great service and nice baristas. My drinks have always tasted great and I’ve never had a complaint about service. The hot drinks are always hot and the cold ones are always cold!

Worst Starbucks experience ever. The cashier asked me if I had 37 cents, I said I only had 36. She says don’t worry about it! I pay with $ 20.36, expecting a dollar back after our conversation. I planned on putting it I. The tip jar anyways. Then she hands me 99 cents. For real. 99 cents in change she had to count twice. I waited 15 minutes for an iced coffee because there were a total of 3 people in front of me and out of 4 people working, only one was making the drinks.

I ordered a grande and they charged me for a Venti on my app, so I noticed it much too late to have it corrected! Please, barista, look at the orders when punching in more carefully! It’s a dollar 20 cents more expensive that I paid for than the order I received! Ugh!!!

Coffee is always hot and perfectly brewed. Usually, more than one roast selection. Restaurant is clean and staff is nice. Always clean and ready to service customers. Please be sure to tip the baristas, as they have worked hard to make a great experience.

The only way this Starbucks could be better is if it had a drive through. I enjoy the staff and the constant ideas to make things different, even within their store. Beyond making good coffee in reasonable amount of time, they also are helpful to take enough time with each customer rather than trying to rush you through.

Definitely the best Starbucks in the Hickory area! Coffee is great when made by certain baristas. Most of the staff is friendly except the manager. The place is clean, cozy and kid friendly. The pastries are great when they are there. The pumpkin scones are awesome!

This is most definitely our favorite local Starbucks. The staff is great and there is always a good atmosphere! We have started taking board games at off times and are really enjoying hanging out there.

The closest Starbucks to me and I absolutely love it! It is one of the more spacious in the area. Plenty of parking since it’s part of the Hanbury Village Shopping Center. The baristas are always friendly and willing to make original concoctions to whatever you like. It can get quite busy here during peak hours, but this place dishes out the coffee fast. I love that they updated the furniture in the place recently. Plenty of tables for studying or meeting up with friends.

This is a nice Starbucks with a comfortable(albeit small) seating area. Service is friendly and the facility is kept clean.

Other some spazzy jazz moments, the occasional occupied bathroom and closing too early, no complaints. Friendly baristas and typical Starbucks coffee with a nice atmosphere and four comfy chairs(and a leg lamp!).

No real complaints about this store. Their coffee has been pretty good. They have a cozy seating area with free wi-fi access. They also offer a variety of pastries. It gets a little busy at times – especially during rush hours but at least you don’t have to fight the traffic to get there.
