Meet the Business Owner
Gerry R.
Business Owner
When Gerry Rogers began installing windows in 1986, he wasn’t planning to buy the company, but a twist of fate made that option unexpectedly available and he was eager to take it because, you see, the replacement window business had grabbed him — hook, line and sinker.
Gerry’s very first customer was Jim Powell. Jim took a chance on the young entrepreneur because he believed Gerry would live up to his promise of doing his utmost for his customers.
And Gerry did. «I just told him the truth,» said Gerry. «I told him I would do the work right.» That day and that promise changed everything. «That’s the feeling I want with every customer» he remembers remarking. Gerry felt it was his first priority that customers be able to trust the company’s commitment because he had witnessed firsthand some dubious practices in the replacement window business.
Gerry made it his business to make a real difference for homeowners shopping for windows and doors.
