Called on Tuesday afternoon and air fixed in less than 24 hrs. Quick and friendly, the repairman Ray was great! Would not only recommend this company, but also First American Home Warranty!

Best experience I’ve had with home repairs… after I placed my claim with my home Warrenty people they called me within 10 minutes and got me an appointment for the next day. My tech rep gary was awesome. He was very friendly, knew what was wrong, had the part he even explained what was wrong to me and gave me some pointers for upkeep!!!

We had no A/​C for Labor Day weekend. While it could have been much hotter outside, it was still very uncomfortable in our house. Our landlord has a home warranty and they sent Mason’s over this morning. After 4+ days without cooling air (because of the holiday), our technician, Brian, came in and fixed the problem. He was very friendly and was able to determine that it was a bad capacitor almost instantly. Summer’s almost over, but at least now my family and I won’t have to worry about constantly sweating. Terrific job. I feel bad for all of the negative reviewers not getting the service they felt they deserved, but my experience was outstanding.

My home warranty company sent them to fix my air conditioner. They came out, diagnosed a problem and ordered a part. Came back many days later (I had to keep calling to find out when they were coming) and said the problem was fixed (the tech that came was not the one who diagnosed the problem, so he did not know what it was). He told me it was fixed and he left. It was not fixed. No cold air. Called back and left a message (they rarely answer). No one returned my call. Called home warranty company who contacted them to force them to call me. No call for days. Called home warranty again and finally got scheduled. Waited all day for them way past the window of time they gave me and then called. Lady had no idea what happened or when they were coming. She called at the end of the day to reschedule. Days later, another guy came. Went in the attic for a few mins then claimed he fixed the problem. Guess what? Still not fixed. Still waiting for a call. Do NOT hire them!

The worst people we have ever had to deal with!!! Customer service is so poor. There attitude is so selfish and self righteous it makes me sick. Our AC has been broken for three weeks now. The keep blaming it on supply issues that they have to order but every time the replace something the find something else and then the new part is bad as well. I have to use them because of my home warranty plan. I called and complained and my home warranty company is seriously considering never using them again I also called the BBB and filed a complaint. I’m just letting everyone on here stay away from this company they are bad and should be put out of business!

I called because my heat stopped working on one of the coldest days and within 30 min someone showed up. He had everything he needed for repair with him. My heat was fixed within 20 min and I’ve been warm every since. I think these guys are good personally but other people may have had bad experiences for home warranty insurance company issues or something vs actual service and work done because they were quick and professional in my opinion.

Worst service ever. Our insurance
Company contracted them to repair our air conditioning September 3rd. We left multiple messages and called three times a day. Their only response was «we will have someone contact you to let you know when we can come out». No one ever called. Ever. We waited 6 days in blistering heat. Finally we got approved to call another service provider. Today, they called me back! 29 days later!
UNBELIEVABLE. One woman even hung up on me because I was tired of told I would be called back and was trying to get her to give me a time for an appointment. Rude. Useless. Aggravating. Pathetic excuse for a business. You really think I need service 29 days later? If I did, this company would be my last resort in an epocolypse in a hell.

What a joke. The most unprofessional business I’ve ever dealt with. From Dave the man answering the phone to Jolie the supposed manager. The tech was nice but not knowledgeable. The president even could care less about his customers. they give you this huge window to show up and them still don’t show up. So you spend 4 hours hoping they cone in that time frame and that never happens. If you want heating o ‘re cooling done. DO NOT USE THEM!!!
