Established in 2007.

Mr. Handyman is a national franchise system established in 2000 which now includes 300 locations. Our operation is currently the exclusive Mr. Handyman business located here in South Jersey and we are locally owned and operated. The owner is a Cherry Hill native, graduated from Drexel University with a degree in Engineering and Business and spent 25+ years in corporate America while traveling extensively. He often faced a growing To Do List of his own while busy working, traveling and raising a family and found it difficult to know who to call that could be trusted to complete the small maintenance & repairs around his home. He wanted a professional and reliable company who would answer the phone when called, show up for a service appointment and stand behind their work with a satisfaction guarantee. As a Mr. Handyman franchisee, he and his team now provide the answer with a company that is licensed in NJ, insured and bonded and provide clean-​cut professional craftsmen.

Business Owner

Ray is a Cherry Hill native who graduated from Cherry Hill East high school. He continued his education at Drexel University and earned a degree in Business and Engineering. He spent 25+ years in Corporate America and traveled extensively throughout his career. Consequently he often faced a growing To Do List of his own maintenance and repairs required at his own home. Like many of our customers he was challenged to determine who to call for the smaller maintenance and repairs because the traditional contractor community were only responsive to requests for large renovation or remodeling projects. When it came to the To Do List items he wanted a professional and reliable company who would answer the phone, consult professionally with a customer over the phone, schedule a service appointment, confirm an appointment the day before and follow-​up with the customer after the appointment to assure satisfaction. Why? Because, we want to be your Handyman both today and tomorrow.
