I was overcharged in October and called the next day. They assured me they would credit my card, and not only have they not given me the credit on my card, the manager has not returned the 8 calls I have left for her. I have been a customer for over 10 years and will probably just shop online from now on if ever.

Bebe is my favorite spot to find a sexy date night outfit or something for going out with the girls. I have gone on a spree here right before each trip I took to Las Vegas with my girlfriends. The clothing is actually made very well I find that most of the dresses are lined(which makes things more flattering and is so necessary when you are going-braless). I haven’t tried out their sportswear line, but if you want sexy gym clothes I would check it out. When entering the store you are usually approached right away by an employee who asks what they can help you with. This can be overwhelming for some people who just prefer to browse, but I do like that the employees acknowledge your presence and will try to help you if you need it. The store isn’t overwhelmingly large, but it does help to have assistance of an employee if you want to try on shoes, start a dressing room, or look for another size in something or more stock online. I always make sure to check the sale section which sometimes features additional discounts. The sale items are located in the back left corner of the store by the dressing room entrance. Generally I find the S, M, L sizing to run bigger so try a size down. The number sizes are more of a true fit. Personally I pass on the jewelry because I think the prices are high for costume pieces and the shoes are above what I think they should be priced.

Unfortunately, I have to demote Bebe from it’s 4 star status and here’s why. While shopping for a dress to celebrate my birthday, I had a customer and employee barge in on me in the fitting room, claiming to be looking for something she had left. From what I could hear, the lady thought she left a shoe box in one of the fitting rooms and was checking every fitting room to see if it was in there. Even if she had previously been in my fitting room, the appropriate thing would have been to check and see if I was decent and then ask to see if it was there, not fling open the curtain. I was so irritated with how the situation was handled(the manager did nothing when I told her what had happened, she just said she would ‘coach’ her) that I sent an email online that was forwarded to their District manager. Hopefully that won’t happen to anyone else; it’s sad because this used to be my favorite Bebe location and I don’t think I’d come back here.
