What can I say about Saladworks? It’s a pretty basic, uneventful place to grab lunch. Soups, salads, paninis. This location is clean and the staff was friendly. I do love their Green Goddess salad dressing!

Unlike most reviews here the customer service is not the issue. I am always greeted with a smile and cannot complain about the service. However a few months back my sister and I grabbed a salad and were food poisoned HORRIBLY my sister had to go to the hospital because of the dehydration it caused. On another note the staff is friendly move quickly and the ingredients always look fresh. So here I am again! Crossing my fingers. Stay away from the tuna!

I have been coming to the salad works for years. I love the Tivoli salad no pepperoni xtra croutons instead. Well yesterday 8÷12÷14 a very rainy day my bf and I decided to go to the mall. We decided to have lunch and as soon as I saw salad works I knew what I would be having. Well the salad was as good as remembered and so was the warm roll they serve(included in the price) well they didn’t put enough dressing on my salad so I asked for more. Not a problem provided I pay an extra .85 cents. After paying nearly $ 12 for a salad and small soda I decided that this would be my last visit to my old favorite as they are concerned with profit margin and not treating the customer with the appropriate amount of service. GOODBYESALADWORKS. MONEYGRUPPINGBASTARDS!

Starting this review with the pros: this Saladworks is one of the few healthier options in the mall and service is fast(as least for salads). However, there is nothing that stands out to me as a particularly big winner for this Saladworks location: staff is just this side of polite and the space is not very conducive to the assembly-line style of food preparation that Saladworks uses. They would be better off with one of the larger booth areas on the other side of the food court.

The ONLY reason I eat here is that it is the only heathy option at the mall. The employees go out of their way to be unfriendly. Consistently unfriendly. I guess management and corporate does not care. They need to send an Undercover Boss to most of their stores. One can only hope that someone in power starts reading their scathing reviews on all sites.

I agree, the staff do seem to give you the stink eye. Anymore, I much prefer going to Panera than SaladWorks.

Literally what is wrong with these people? Why are you so miserable? I work in the mall and often times refuse to come here so I can ignore the super unflattering service they give. I hate working to, but when I’m paying $ 12 for a brown salad give me a little customer service. This gets a zero rating in my book.
