History
Established in 2012.
I joined CrossFit 110 in March 2012. Within a few weeks I was hooked and within a few months I adopted their highly recommended «Paleo» food lifestyle. But there was one thing missing for me — DESSERT! And of course I just couldn’t go back to refined sugar-laden junk! Although not a baker at heart, I found myself experimenting and baking Paleo alternatives to traditional desserts.
And Sweety P was born.
