Specialties
James Beard nominated Chef Erik Niel’s restaurant specializing in seasonal fresh southern ingredients and old world comfort food. Featuring boutique oysters from the Gulf, East, & West Coast along with other specialty types of seafood and steaks. Bar specialties include an eclectic wine list with a France & California focus, inventive craft cocktails, local & micro brewed beers, and house-made liquor infusions. All of this is offered in the dramatic setting of the world’s first Coca Cola Bottling room. We are the only restaurant in downtown Chattanooga that offers complimentary valet parking everyday. Come see us! The choice is Easy!
History
Established in 2005.
Locally, chef owned and operated we opened the doors as Easy Seafood Company in 2005. We were the first new restaurant in the Riverfront District to open in 5 years. The opportunity was given to us in 2008 to form a new «Easy» thus came Easy Bistro & Bar. With a dramatic interior renovation in the world’s first Coca-Cola bottling room and an expanding menu we have continued to break the mold in farm to table trends for Chattanooga as well as leading the cocktail revolution that has dated back to the day we opened as the first bar in town to make its own infusions as well as bitters. Now, constantly reinventing the wheel, we strive to bring the best ingredients and menu offerings possible. Along with an esoteric wine list, beer, & liquor selection that matches the quality of offerings in larger cities. We set the bar of seafood offerings in landlocked Chattanooga. Easy is the only restaurant in TN to offer East, West, & Gulf Coast raw oysters as well as other seafood delicacies.
