Trees N Things

Twice they stood me up like a sack of potatoes. Doesn’t a customer matter? They’ve worker for me in the past. I’m moving on to the next contractor.

This company has been my go-​to referral whenever anyone asks for help with their trees. I’ve used them once and had such a pleasant experience with them. However, last month I called and scheduled an appointment to get a quote on cutting down a tree. Of course, they need to come out and take a look, which is to be expected. I had to wait 2 weeks for an appointment. The day of my appointment, no one showed up and no one called. I called the next day. The secretary stated she was out of the office the day of my appointment and the tree guy called out sick or had an emergency or something like that. I expressed my disappointment at having had waited 2 weeks for my appointment only to have no one acknowledge it when the time came. I expressed my urgency to get this looked at as my tree is infringing on my neighbors property. She said she would check things out and call me back. She never did. I called around 445p that evening and left a message. It has been 4 or 5 days since that phone call and STILL no one has called me back.
I get that they’re a small business, which is why I want to support them. I also understand that they’re busy. But, to have an appointment scheduled 2 weeks out, to not show up or acknowledge it in any way, and then to not return a promised phone call to reschedule, that’s just bad business. Now I’m left scrambling to find another reputable company to come out asap to check out my tree.

WOW! Summa Cum Laude! They are pruning Mariners Village! A daunting job, at best. Trees n Things are efficiently handling, the many AND massive trees, etc., PLUS, more importantly, still catering to the residents, the cars, balconies, and still continuing and consistently the massive cleanup leaving all work areas cleaner than when they began.

Miguel and his crew were great. The trees hadn’t been trimmed correctly in 50+ years and now they look super. They were early and cleaned up every bit of the mess.

Trees N Things have been taking care of our trees for years. Not only do these guys do an expert job, they understand the best time to prune and won’t take a job unless the season or trees warrant it. They have remarkable skill – the trees look gorgeous after being done, the clean up is stellar, but just as important, the crews are personable and warm. Highly recommend this exceptional company!!!
