David is the best! Not only are his parts extraordinary, but his customer service is phenomenal. I’ve worked for many Fortune 500 companies as a Customer service manager and David would exceed any representative I have ever worked with.
This is just one reason I continue shopping at K 5, due to the customer service being bar none the BEST! Not to mention his shipping typically arrives within 2 – 3 days! All the way From West Coast (California) to East Coast (North Carolina)
He not only helps me with my installs via email or phone, but he went out of his way to contact his sales rep. Paul which happens to be in Raleigh, NC about 3 hrs from Charlotte where I live. I could not find a reasonable price to get all my LED’s installed and within a few days David had called his sales rep and found me a shop in Raleigh that would do ALL my LED’s which was quoted at around $ 500 for only $ 260. Shout out to his sales rep Paul. Fantastic guy!

I’m singing the same tune that everyone else is singing, but sometimes it takes one more confession for someone reading this to get it. Look, the customer service is so amazing, that I’m too nervous to even post my experience for fear of jealousy and mutiny by K5OS brethren faithful. I’ve never heard of people here or on other forums say they hadn’t heard from him, or the turnaround is too slow. Never. Not once. Order one or two things if you’re apprehensive, that’s all it takes — you’ll never shop for things that are available through K5OS, through anyone else. Never again.

Got the seat risers via priority mail. Saw a video on youtube to install it. The parts supplied fit well and worked perfectly.

Awesome store and definetely the only place you should consider for your kia/​hyundai parts. David is great and can help you find the right product for your car with pure honesty! He has an awesome variety of products ranging from performance and leds, to personal modifications. Just bought a couple of emblems for my dad’s optima and I have to say that they fit like a glove and they are high end quality. I will definitely be coming back to David for my gf’s forte emblems. Great customer service and great website. Thanks a lot david you’re the man!

Always a pleasant experience when working with David here at the k5optima store. I’ve always actually ordered online but I was able to finally meet the man behind the screen when I came down to LA and we had a great chat about my car. They have an amazing selection of items ranging from performance to modifications. One of my favorites is the rear bumper reflector led lights and makes my car stand out from the rest. He also has little trinkets like the turbo keychain which kept me entertained and wanting to drive my car again. David himself is a pleasant guy to talk to and is enthusiastic about his products and friendly to customers. His store also carries items not only for the optima, but also for various Kia cars and Hyundai items. For example his black emblem line makes cars more aggressive and look nicer. I could say proudly I bought my stuff from this guy without reserve and more than that he’s more than just a seller to me. Definitely come check this place out and meet this guy you won’t regret it.

David is absolutely helpful! Best customer service received from anyone in a really long time. Very cool, very sweet. I was looking for replacement glass for my side-​view mirror. Though he didn’t sell it, he was trying greatly to help me find somewhere I may be able to find it, and offered useful suggestions.
If he cannot help you with exactly what you need, he does what he can to give you the best advice and help anyway. Definitely recommend giving him a call for all your auto needs.

I found out about the K5 Optima Store through the optima forums and all i can say about David and his store is wow!
I have purchased numerous items from his store and i am very pleased with how fast i received the items and how the products work. He has pretty much anything you can ask for when your looking to mod your K5 and if he doesn’t have it he’s more than happy to go out of his way to find the product you are looking for. All of the items he sells are at a fair price and he has sales every now and again which makes it hard not to buy anything from him lol.
The greatest thing about K5 Optima Store is the customer service, ¹⁰⁄₁₀ for sure!
He responds to emails very promptly and if theres ever a problem with an item you have purchased, he’s right there to make sure everything gets fixed and is in order.

I have ordered DRL’s, CREE fog lights, rear reflector lights, and switchback front turn signal lights from him and every order was shipped faster then expected to D.C., David has been supper helpful with all of my install questions, and assisted me in replacing a broken part. He even followed up to make sure I was satisfied with all my purchases, and my exchange. I do not hand out 5 stars often but this is as good as it gets.

I don’t ordinarily give out 5 stars very easily but this is one instance in which I absolutely must. I love LEDs and modding my car and the K5 Optima store sells exactly what I love at a good price for a quality product.
So far I’ve ordered a 3.0 K emblem and I received it fast and it was very professionally shipped. It fit just as advertised and it has a really cool carbon fiber trim on it as well.
I plan on ordering the 25 Watt CREE LED reverse bulbs next. They are also being sold at a decent price for such a high quality custom product. You cannot find this bulb anywhere else!
I highly recommend checking out this store if you have an Optima and an itching to modify it.
