Puppy Style Pet Spa

He is wonderful with my snuggles. Very nice and he come back soft n clean. Love this place been here since they opened there doors.

The guy was nice but I just can’t look past what a horrible experience I had here.
First off, I told him that my Corgis just needed a basic bath. And most importantly, I let him know that one of my dogs had hip surgery recently and to handle him gently. I left, came back two hours later to pick them up and was horrified at what I saw.
1. He SHAVED my dogs without permission (anyone who knows ANYTHING about grooming knows you can ruin a double coated dog forever if you shave them).
2. I watched him go absolutely ham on my dogs with a furminator, which is an extremely sharp tool. Amongst the dog community, most know to use a Slicker brush and not a furminator. It’s a very sharp tool which removes more hairs than it should, and needs to be used gently. My dog’s skin was cut in multiple places, which turned into scabs.
3. He picked up my Corgi, who had recently had hip surgery, like he was a toy and didn’t support his hindquarters. He INJURED MY DOG’S BACK doing so. As soon as I touched him, my dog whined loudly in pain!
Moral of the story: If you don’t want your dog SHAVED without your permission, or have him handled like a Sack of Potatoes while disregarding his health and safety, DO NOT GET YOUR DOG GROOMED HERE!

We took our Pom & boxer based to off of the friendly staff over the phone, reasonable prices and flexibility. They took us same day and we did not need an appt. It was clean and cute, a perfect place to take our babies. They did a wonderful job and treated them with care. There are other places nearby that are not as nice with very rude staff. Would totally recommend going here for your pups.

Best place to get ur pup washed up. Fast, reasonable prices and the dogs come home looking good and smelling fresh…

I love this place I take my pitbull here alot and he always rushes in. I dont know how he does it but he makes my pitbull look as good as new! even with short hair!

I love this place I take my 10 month old shitzu/​Maltese and she comes out looking stunning, I recommend everyone to take their doggie here you won’t regret it! I love coming and so does my pup!

I won’t even give them one star. This place is horrible!!! First they made an appointment when I showed up they had no time for me. Then I make a second appointment bring my dog, after asking them over the phone if they can do Westy cut, they shaved my dog!!! And they charged me anyway! Please don’t do this to your dog stay away from this place at all cost!!!

This place is amazing! all there employees are very friendly and funny. The work they do is def well done and well executed (time wise) def coming back to this place

They are all so sweet! I saw them treat my dog so nicely! Which is extremely important you know? I don’t want someone to treat my dog anything near bad! I definitely recommend this place. They even let you go inside and check out the dogs if you want too, most places don’t allow this, ahhh my dogs is so happy!

I own 4 small Chihuahuas. Two of them are long haired and one is only three pounds. I am always worried dropping them off at the groomers but I have been very pleased with Puppy Style Pet Spa. The staff is very friendly, professional and caring to my dogs. When I went to pick them up my puppies were completely happy and content.
Even upon return to the groomers they did not mind to stay there at all which ensures me they had pleasant memories of his place. All 4 of my dogs were perfectly groomed and their nails were trimmed (not too short, not too long) and I absolutely loved the way my long haired chihuahuas coat was trimmed. This is definitely the only place I will trust my 4 babies to and will refer all my friends and family to go visit them too.

Dropped our 2 dogs off in the morning. Gave them specific direction not to touch the face of our shitzu because they cut it too short last time. We picked the dogs up, and saw that they gave my shitzu bangs that were cut straight across and up to the hair on the top of her head. Called the shop to tell them and they didn’t care. All they said was sorry. Didn’t offer anything for a next visit or a credit of any sort. Said I wouldn’t be coming back and nothing was said. Our boxer was fine that’s why I gave them 1 star. Upset that we paid $ 90 for both dogs.

Received a coupon in the mail so thought I would try them out. The ad said business opens at 8am. I called and made an appt to drop off my dog at 8am before I had to go to work. Waited in the parking lot for 20 minutes and no one was there, so I left. Tried calling and no one answered. I understand that people can be late, especially with LA traffic, but have the courtesy to call.
Called later to cancel appt because I didn’t want to be charged for no show. No apology but simply ok thank you. Horrible customer service.

We brought all three dogs in, we called before and they took them same day! They place was very clean, and staff very friendly! We signed up for their specials & will be back! Very sanitary place & weren’t weird that we helped go in back to help get our big pitbull scaredy dog into his kennel. Poor girl. I actually like that they have individual kennels for the dogs, helps them feel safer in an unknown place. And even my scared dog was happy upon my return!

So I took my 7 month old Golden Retriever Pup here for his first professional grooming today because he is just getting way too big for my personal blowdryer lol and I have to say … The first experience for both of us was amazing … The 2 guys were very friendly they had great music playing very professional and had done exactly what I asked for … Just a bath and shave his rump … I explined that hr was used to baths but not being caged and I asked when he would be ready and they said 2 hours. they called me before 2 hours and said he was ready for pick up so he wouldn’t have to sit in a cage … My pup «JD» looked sooooo Purty and Happy … I will definitely use this place again … I know they’re new so I hope all the Chatsworthians give them a chance … P. S. I’ve never had a dog groomed before … I’ve always had big dogs so I just do it myself … But it was a great experience for my family … Thank you guys so much… He’s beautiful and has a cute fluff

Alright. So… I’ve been to this place twice now and it’s been great. Schroeder comes out soft, shiny, and clean, and has had the cutest bandana on both times. The best part is that although he doesn’t like getting groomed, he doesn’t get scared to go inside and seems to really like the guys that are grooming him.
Also it’s not a bad price for everything he gets done: $ 34 for a bath with conditioning, nail trimming, teeth and ear cleaning, and anal glands expressed.
I’ll keep on keepin on until something changes. :)

Had a coupon in the mail. Tried them out. The guy was nice on the phone and when we got our dogs back, they each had a little bandana (we have Chiwawa), however, they cut off their whiskers :(so sad, we looked online and realize that dogs use them as a sense, so super sad. They are just starting out their business so would like to support them, but, we called them and left a message on their voicemail and no one called us back to apologize or anything. Wish they had asked us if we wanted the whiskers cut-​off. :(:(:(

This is a wonderful place for my dogs a.k.a. my kids. Carlos is a pro, loves dogs and does a fantastic job every time. Very clean and beautiful location as well with a lovely play area with glass windows all around that let in natural sunshine; or you can watch your furry ones getting groomed. Did I mention fantastic specials as well ! They even have a daycare service in case you want to go out of town for a couple of days. Fantastic family business that provides impeccable service !

I’ve now Carlos for 2 yrs He was one of my groomers at a shop I managed. Carlos is an amazing groomer that love’s what he does. I can’t wait to go visit his shop and take my puppies in for there touch up he has never done a bad job on my pups and I have crazy little one’s too and for that i will continue to be a loyal customer of his. I absolutely recommend this place! Congrats Carlos =))
