History

Established in 2006.

Hinson Insurance and Financial Services, Inc., started out as just Hinson Insurance Agency in June of 2006, by now President and CEO Keith Hinson. After a very successful 23 year career in the office equipment market, Keith had a desire to serve his community by becoming a full time insurance agent. Farmer’s insurance appeared to be the clear cut leader in the SoCal area.

Keith has achieved several major awards since becoming a Farmer’s Insurance agent including the only one shot in a Farmer’s career Crystal Blue Vase Award. This distinguished Keith from many of his peers and now the challenges are all mere stepping stones for him and his agency to achieve. Customer satisfaction is this agencies prime call of duty. From Beatrice, who is Keith’s Office manager and CSR to Leah Pike who does his Social Media work and Farmers Friendly Review scheduling, customer satisfaction is always this agencies motivation for always serving.

They’re awesome! Keith and everybody at Hinson Insurance are so helpful and always looking out for what will be best for you. I’ve felt I’ve been run over of insurance companies, increasing the $$ every time it’s time to be renewed. So I spoke to Keith when I met him at church and he got me both auto and rental (for my home) insurance cheaper than my old insurance, and that was ONLY auto insurance. I feel very confident that I’ll be well taken care of with whatever I’d need. They’re honest and I trust them 100%. I can recommend Keith Hinson insurance company with my whole heart.

I use Keith Hinson’s insurance agency for the following reasons:
1) No upsell pressure. He never pushes any EXTRA insurance on you. He always tries to sell you what you need and what you can afford.
2) They follow through. If they promise you that something will be done, it will get done.
3) Keith is the most honest insurance agent that I know in LA. He volunteers at his church, brags about how much he loves his wife to death, and BTW– he has a great singing voice. He should have been an R & B singer, not an agent, but keep your day job Keith!!! we need you!!!
4) Keiths staff is professional, they know their insurance products, and they do things right the first time.
5) They sell a great product. Farmers may not be the cheapest insurance out there, but you get what you pay for when it comes to insurance. Farmers provides great coverage and great customer service compared to all the annoying lizard insurance products out there. Why would you want to buy substandard insurance from a lizard anyway?
6) Keith Hinson’s agency is a one stop shop, for any insurance your heart desires. Keith’s insurance agency does sell all types of insurance. Commercial, business, ELI, personal, car, classic car, boat, motorcycle, workers comp, life insurance, and the list goes on and on.
7) They have a great personal touch. Keith has been the only agent I have ever had that randomly calls just to say hello to see how things are going, and to wish me a happy birthday. I have never EVER had any agent do that for me before. Talk about a W (O_O)W factor and transcendental business standards.
8) Keith Hinson agency works with your budget. He will even price shop other options for you, if you are in a bind.
9) Just visit Keith Hinson personally, and I promise you his gregarious smile and genial personality will win you over. He’s a great person to do business with, and I promise you that you wont regret it.

While I do not work for Keith Hinson, I kinda wish I did. You couldn’t find a nicer, more caring and reliable individual to trust with your insurance needs. I recently heard Keith talking with some clients about ways to save on insurance that had never even occurred to me. When it comes to insurance, you definitely don’t want someone who just wants to pile on a bunch of options that you don’t need, so that they can earn more money, and I guarantee you that’s not what Keith is about. He will talk with you to find out what your needs are, and then he will customize a plan to fit those needs perfectly. Maybe he’s actually a Honda guy in disguise, because he definitely feels that it’s his job to be helpful!
