DrainMaster Plumbing is AMAZING! They are very polite, considerate, honest and professional. Hugo came to our home and was very professional and respectful during the whole repair process. He explained everything that needed to be done before starting and made sure we knew what was needed and why. His workmanship is second to none, he prepared the work area, performed the work, verified it was good and then completely cleaned up the mess! And to boot, we were extremely pleased with the total cost of the job. We can’t say enough about Hugo and DrainMaster. If you have plumbing or other household needs, you owe it to yourself to give them a call.

Once again Alex and his team saved the day.
I stopped by my mom’s house and as I was pulling up the driveway noticed my mom holding a plunger… my 70 year old mother! Upon asking I was told that the guest bathroom was over flowing, again. I cleared the clog but wanted a professional to come out.
My mom was looking online at Mike (rip off) Diamond but I advised her of Drainmaster, sure enough one call got us a next day appointment.
Within minutes of arrival we were given a diagnosis and estimate for repairs. The next day the team came and cleared 3ft of roots blocking our main sewer drain and patched the concrete, perfectly.
Thank you Drainmaster for making my mom’s Mother’s Day the best and making her smile.

Experienced group of plumbers.
Helped me after a leak in the kitchen and trouble with the main line. Lots of work to be done and up for the challenge. Also, Helped me find the right tankless heater and installed it at a good price.
Alex and Sarkis answered all my questions and pricing is competitive. After checking with other companies, I’m glad I decided to work with them.

These guys are AMAZING!!! After finding our tankless water heaters spraying massive amounts of water… during a drought, I requested a quote from Drain Master. Not only did they reply for my quote request in less than 30 Min. at 10PM but Alex touched base 1st thing in the morning. They had Hugo (ALSO AWESOME) come out right away to fix our Tankless water heater… it happened to be a regulator problem instead. Thier pricing is very fair and the service all fee was 80 $ less than others that replied to my request…
I will DEFINITELY be using them again!!!

I forgot to post this, the day after thanksgiving I was having problems with my kitchen sink, it would not drain at all. I was panicking and getting upset because my wife and I just bought this condo, so we were looking looking on Unilocal and came across drain masters. So I contacted them and they came with in the hour which was amazing. Hugo was my plumber and he was great, he brought in the rooter and unclogged the drain. Great prices and great service.

My homeowners insurance chose Drain Master to come out and fix my main line leak. This was only after I almost got (figuratively) raped by a local plumbing company yesterday. The «other guys» wanted $ 740 to fix the leak at my main line shut off valve and these guys came in wayyy below that. The technician who came out, Hugo Covarrubias, was very professional, friendly, and did a great job doing the repair. I can see why this company has achieved and maintains a five star rating. It is well deserved! Thank you, Hugo! You are «the man»!

They are good and the guy that came to fix our pluming he was good and funny and his name is Hugo covarrubias if I ever have a problem with my pluming would want him to do it for me he is good and he would not stop till he will get it working and I like that and he has a sense of humour and he is nice too I would like him to do good

These guys are awesome! Frankly, the job we hired them for wasn’t cheap… but they earned EVERY SINGLE CENT of their money. Considering that they had to go in through a back wall to remove and replace the entire workings of my shower, I don’t grudge them at all. The work was fast, minimally invasive, and the best quality. So impressed!
Also, they worked on my water shutoff valves, and even negotiated with the DWP to get the city to replace a frozen valve at no charge! Can’t say enough good things about their work!

When I bought my property last year the water heater was already on my list of repairs that needed to be done. After a year of mulling over it I finally decided to do it and after calling multiple places with awful pricing I stumbled upon Drain Master Plumbing through my endless cold calls.
Alex and his team were FANTASTIC! One of the general contractors he works with side by side came in the day of to look at the water heater and offered to me what I thought was a fair deal for the job. They were even willing to do it that day if I needed it done.
After deciding to go with them they came in and were extremely well mannered and clean. They put on nice booties and did the job well. They explained the situation in and out and they made sure I was happy at the end of it.
They will be my plumbing company from now on. I only could wish that I would find electricians, mechanics, and other services that are this honest, efficient, and great.
You will not be disappointed with their work.

Alex and company at Drain Master were FANTASTIC! They showed up on time, pulled on booties (which was unnecessary but highly appreciated), were extremely polite and explained everything thoroughly. They came in the later afternoon on a Friday and even stayed after to help me understand how to avoid potential future plumbing issues.
I can’t say enough nice things about them. The next time we have a plumbing issue, Alex will be my FIRST call every time. I highly suggest you do the same!

We just moved to a new place and discovered a major obstruction in the guest bathroom. My husband called these guys and Sarkis showed up in about 30 minutes from the call for the service request.
He assessed the problem, explained to us what he tought and immediately began to work on it. He would try different things and then test repeatedly.
After many valiant efforts to resolve without making it a major fix, he realized that he would need to remove the toilet and get his tools into the sewer pipe to fix it. From the time of his assessment, removal of the obstruction and then a complete fix, it took about 10 mins. He was fast and efficient.
His prices were also reasonable.
We are very happy with the results.
