At its heart, J’s Maintenance is a family owned and run business for over 40 years. We do everything in our business as if it were for our own families. Our business specializes in commercial and residential cleaning. J’s Maintenance is a full-​service janitorial firm with over 350 employees across the country. We have a full GREEN Cleaning program customized for the individual needs of our clients. We don’t subcontract and we do supervise weekly.

Our commercial service specializes in office buildings, retail complexes, auto dealerships, schools, churches, and industrial complexes. Our J’s Maids division cleans homes in the Glendale/​La Crescenta/​Tujunga/​La Canada/​Montrose/​Sunland areas.

Unlike many competitors, our employees are bonded and covered under our workers’ compensation insurance policy. Your property is protected by our liability insurance coverage. Plus we pay all taxes for our employees, including federal, state, social security and unemployment.

History

Established in 1969.

J’s Maintenance has been providing janitorial services since 1969. We have always been here in Glendale and we are family owned and operated. Our main concentration of clients and employees is right here in Southern California. We are servicing many accounts of all sizes throughout Southern California on a nightly basis. We also provide commercial janitorial services in the greater Houston, TX; Portland, OR and Atlanta, GA areas. In addition to our commercial service, we also offer residential cleaning services since 1996 with our J’s Maid Service division.

We are proud members of BSCAI, PABSCO, ISSA, PRSM and IFMA. With over 40 years in the maintenance industry, we have a reputation for excellence and a dedication to perfection. We are very active in our local community donating time, treasure and talent to non-​profits, schools and other community organizations.

Our sustainability efforts include recycling, water use reduction, fuel efficient vehicles and full solar power.

Business Owner

Chris has been working with J’s Maintenance, literally, since birth. Growing up working in the family business, Chris understands the maintenance industry better than anyone. Not only is he active in the daily opertions and sales of their national maintenance company, he is also dedicated to the local community. He serves on several local committees, boards and charities including the YMCA of the Foothills, the Montrose Christmas Parade, the Crescenta Valley Fireworks Association, and the Foothills Relay For Life. Chris is also a husband and proud father of two wonderful boys.
