Their floral arrangements are unusual and beautiful. I’m sorry to hear about another customer’s bad experience with a no-​show. So far all of my interactions with them have been positive and the flowers have been really lovely.

I love love love bloomers. I always order my arrangements from them. They are creative, beautiful and always use the most amazing flowers. They are NYC arrangements without the NYC price. My brother used them for their NYC wedding and everyone was so complimentary of the arrangements. The work and service is incredible.

I use these guys to delivery flowers for my office, the employees big birthday or my wife a couple times of year. Never any problems, if anything, they mite have given more than I paid for. I think they do what they say they are going to provide. Quality flowers delivered by a LOCAL business for a RESONABLE price.

They were a complete no-​show for our scheduled appointment for flowers for my daughter’s wedding. No phone call, no attempt to contact us. There was no one at the shop at the scheduled time for our appointment. In fact, when I originally made the appointment, I asked if we could meet at 10am, and was told that 10:30am would be better, so WE arranged OUR day to accommodate THEM and they were STILL a no-​show. We drove an hour to get there. And stood outside their shop in the freezing cold and then waited in the car for another 20 minutes. Nothing. After returning home many hours later there was a message saying they had an emergency «funeral appointment» they had to tend to. What??? Who has an emergency funeral appointment for flowers? And even if there was such a thing, there is still something called «common courtesy» — surely they had a cell phone or a store phone so that they could have contacted us! No contact until after 12:30 for a 10:30am appointment. And then they had the nerve to ask if we wanted to reschedule! Ha! I think not… Would NOT recommend Bloomers for anything and for any reason, other than perhaps if you have an «emergency funeral.

I was hesitant to even write this review, but I’m so upset about their customer service. First, the lady who answered the phone was rude. Totally disinterested. All I wanted to do was book an appointment for a consultation for my upcoming wedding. The lady told us we can come in Monday (today) on the MLK holiday. Ok great. We were traveling from Manhattan so it was a bit of a drive to Chatham, but we figured it would be worth it. We arrived 10 minutes early to our 10:30am appointment, walked up to their front door, and it was locked. We knocked several times and no one answered. Ok, so we were a few minutes early, so we went back to sit in the car since it was freezing outside. Several minutes later, we knocked again and even called and left them a message to let them know we were here. It’s now 20 minutes after we were supposed to start the appointment and still no one is in the store or answering their phone. This company completely bailed on our floral appointment for my wedding. No phone call apologizing, no one in the shop at all. Nothing. Thanks, Bloomers, for letting us make the haul out here only for you to be a no-​show for an appointment!
Update: it’s now 2 hours after the appointment we were supposed to have and a woman from the shop finally calls and only says «we had a delivery to make» {during our appointment time} and «would we like to reschedule?» Really? No apology? No «I’m sorry we didn’t call you» or «Sorry that we never showed up» or anything? Why would we make another appointment, when they couldn’t even keep the first one? Totally unprofessional and unreliable. Would never recommend.

I photographed a wedding that Bloomers did the floral arrangements and bouquets for and they were beyond stunning. I’ve had so many compliments on those photographs. They were out of this world gorgeous. If I wasn’t already married, I would go with them!
