First Unlimited Week FREE! Welcome to Good & Twisted Yoga, located in Chaska MN. Our goal is to provide you with a refuge away from the demands of hectic everyday life. We want our students to focus on their own personal journey of growth and improved health. We offer a variety of yoga classes, heated and non-​heated as well as fitness and kids classes. The studio is designed to be stylish, comfortable and open-​providing you with amenities (full men’s/women’s locker rooms with showers, free towel service, complimentary hot tea etc.) when you need to relax. Good & Twisted Yoga invites you to come in and enjoy the experience, your first week of unlimited classes is FREE! Beginners are welcome! All of our instructors are certified yoga teachers, and will teach you how to practice safely while reaping the body, mind & spirit benefits of this amazing practice. Namaste

Meet the Business Owner

Jennifer F.

Business Owner

Jennifer Fahler (owner) is a registered yoga teacher with the Yoga Alliance (RYT 500), a certified group fitness instructor with the American Council on Exercise (ACE), and an Ayurvedic Yoga Specialist (AYS). She began teaching group fitness classes in 1998, and was introduced to yoga in 2000. Since then, she has taught various Hatha and Vinyasa Flow yoga classes at fitness clubs, yoga studios and corporations. Jennifer worked full-​time in her corporate career for 15 years in Accounting, Merchandising and Marketing. In 2012, she decided to embark on a new journey and open Good & Twisted Yoga because she is passionate about helping people of all ages and abilities improve their quality of life and wellness through yoga practice. Outside of the studio, she loves spending time with her husband and two children.
