We have been taking our cars here since we moved to Chaska in 2011. They are fantastic! Very reasonable and conscientious. Have only had great experience there! Highly recommend!

Was not happy with my experience. Brought my car to have brakes checked and repaired. Not only were they way over priced, they were too pushy on me getting more work done then I expressed, multiple times over, I wanted to be done. Being that I was referred by the owner’s son, I thought I would be treated with more respect. The other son of the owner was very disrespectful, raised his voice at me and had a nasty attitude. While I do appreciate all of the detailed information I was given, there is no excuse for the way I was treated. I will never return and would never refer anyone.

WoooHooo! it is as good as it gets! Gary and Joe and Robert! All Awesome. Everytime I have been to Auto Pros it is always a great experience. Even when I had to to get both cars new Tires. They take care of you from start to finish! Offer you rides, loaner car and coffee. I have even brought in old starter car when my daughter turned 16 to see if it was a safe vehicle for her to drive. Gary and all the guys at Auto Pros are like Family. I trust them whole heartedly. Thanks GUYS — There is a reason they were Voted best in the Twin Cities!

We bought an oil change package coupon when we were living in Chaska thinking it was this great deal. Unfortunately this guy nickels & dimes you for every little thing he can.
I had my husband’s SUV serviced there, just for an oil change, and the owner kept me there forever, adding things he wanted me to get done right then and there. He ended up changing the light bulb in the front blinker, and the windshield wipers, after forcing me to allow them to do it. Both of those I could have easily done myself, for much cheaper, but he wouldn’t hear of it. After all of that, they didn’t even put the cover on the light correctly anyways, so we had to hear the blinker spaz out until we could fix it ourselves.
We only ended up using a few of the coupons, since it was such a hassle to deal with. We have had much better work done, and with much less of an attitude.
Good riddance to Auto Pros– I would never recommend anyone to go there.

Enjoy being treated like a human at Autopros instead of a $ like at most other auto shops. The staff is helpful and respectful and the owner is there way more than you see elsewhere. Won’t go anywhere else if I can help it.

Really quality experience. Got my car in quick, fixed it within a day, were even apologetic about how much it cost, super congenial guys!!!, plus they gave me great advice regarding my jeep. I don’t know them much yet but I really trust them already. I will be going back.
I spent so much time at a shop getting a different car I had fixed last year and this experience was so much better in comparison.
