Quiznos

I have to say that I never would have thought to find myself reviewing a Quiznos on Unilocal,but here I am. In a nutshell, it comes down to customer service. I goofed and ordered the wrong sub — didn’t notice until it was rolling out of the toaster thingie, and I said something with my tail between my legs. I think the guy I was talking to must have been the owner — just smiled and said no problemo. Got the right sub going and started shooting the breeze. Really friendly and accommodating. I suppose that local camaraderie is a benefit of Charlottesville in general, but still. This is supposed to be a national chain that impersonally bangs out generic subs! My sub, at the end of my order, was great (Chicken Carbonara of course).
