The only good thing about this place is the fast service. Horrible experience this time around! I have been coming here for a few months to get my eye brows waxed and the woman who did them this time totally jacked them up! I was in so much pain and she made me bleed a little. I was also shocked whenever she said to a customer after me that she didn’t know how to do a French braid and asked another stylist to do it. Will never be back! I’ll go and pay a little more money at another salon.

What a disappointment!!! My daughter wanted bangs cut and since we were already in the mall I suggested we just pop in and see if they take walk-​ins. No one was in the shop but we stood at the front waiting for someone to appear and help us. A guy (mid to late 40’s) come out from the back with a disgusted look on his face and asked «do you need something?» Told him my daughter wanted bangs and could he face frame the rest of her hair (my daughter has very curly hair) he barely wet her hair to do the face frame and it shows. There was no style to it (no face frame) and her bangs are so uneven. I would never recommend this place and WE WILL NEVER BE BACK!!!
I’m going to take a wild guess and say this guy was probably a manager (big mistake) he was rude and seemed annoyed the entire time. I only hope he sees this review so I can tell him this «you are in a position to communicate with the public— if you don’t like your job QUIT»!!!
