ENOW Moving Company

I was reading the Google reviews of On Time Moving and Cleaning LLC, one of their competitors. Enow left a one star review and then advertised their services in the review! Talk about bad ethics! I have no ties to either company but I would never use Enow based on how dirty that is of them to do… it is sad and almost laughable!

Nice people, but poor communication and poor service.
1)Packers waited outside my gate for an hour because management had not given them my telephone number to call me to let them in. Instead management sent me an email which I could not read on the day of the move because my internet was disconnected.
2)Packers were sent with inadequate supplies and had to waste lots of time chasing after what they needed to pack with.
3)6 or more packers came and went during the course of the day. That is way too many for a 2 BR apartment and it caused incredible confusion.
4)My tiffany lampshades were carefully packed, but nobody marked fragile on the outside of the box so they were crushed during the move. I’ve tried to get reimbursed for the damages but my calls and emails are being ignored and when I do reach them I get a run-​around: «we sent a claim to the insurance company» (funny, but I’ve never heard from an adjuster). The relative cost to replace the lamps is around $ 500 which is nothing compared to having an infuriated customer who spent over $ 6000 on the move.
5)Other items were poorly packed or mishandled and damaged 9just not as badly as the lampshades) I expect some damage with a move, but the lampshades should have been immediately addressed.
6) I was told that 2 additional unloaders would meet the drivers in FL. Only the 2 drivers arrived to unload the truck which meant that they (and I) worked into the wee hours of the morning. Another vacant promise.
They are nice people, but should not be in the moving business. Judging from the other recent reviews, they probably will be out of business soon.

Very slow service. We were very disappointed to find that we had to do most of the moving ourselves despite having hired movers.

Bait & Switch. They quoted me a price sight unseen, sent out a much smaller truck than I was told. Movers were unqualified at best, several of my items were damaged and I was told I would have them for the entire day… LIES! They double booked. i had them for maybe 4 hours. I was told they could come back the next day but it would cost me an additional $ 500 at a minimum. I was pressured to pay or they would unload all my stuff off the truck back into my house. I paid a portion just to have my stuff and it was a very expensive lesson. I am reporting them to the BBB. Very unprofessional, do not use if you value your stuff.
