TAC Services LLC is an employment consulting company whose goal is to provide its clients with the most up-​to-​date tools and techniques to understanding the job search process. It’s client base ranges from college students just learning the job search process to large organizations looking to get better leverage in attracting and identifying talent in a crowded candidate pool.

Based in Charlotte, North Carolina TAC Services LLC provides online training as well as in-​person consulting.

Business Owner

Formally, I am an Employment/​Social Media Consultant specializing in candidate identification and development using both traditional and non-​traditional means. I have recruited in the financial services cable communications, manufacturing, and technology industries. My searches have ranged from sales positions to C-​level positions and my ability to identify and develop relationships has earned me accolades from leaders and peers alike.

I conduct presentations on the effective use of Linkedin and other social media sites to network and build relationships.

In my spare time, I serve as a speaker to various organizations providing outreach to those who are currently in a career transition environment. I was recently published in an eBook entitled «Ignite Your Passion». In this book, I outline steps to using your passion to direct your career development. I am proud to call the Charlotte, NC area home and when I am not out making friends, I am spending time with my dog Charlie.
