Miracle Wash Mobile Detailing & Reconditioning

I have a high level of tolerance for bad service. My experience with this place, however, cannot be any worse. For a $ 150 full detailing, this is what I got (shown in the picture). I called them and asked to clean the interior again. I was told to wait 10 minutes outside their facility but I ended up waiting 50 minutes and got a call back saying there’s no one at work. I gave them my address to come and redo the cleaning. They came back annoyed and looked at my eyes and asked what needs to be done in a very threatening voice. In the end, after 10 minutes, they said they redid their job but what I saw was not much different from what they did at the first and I had to sit inside the car and cleaned it myself with them. I wasted my money and Friday night plan with my girlfriend. Please everyone spare yourself money and time by not dealing with these irresponsible people.

What a waste of time and money. i had oil spillage on my rear seat. When i called miracle wash, he spoke as if he can take care of it. When i went there he said he can pull that oil out and make my car fresh. I paid 170 bucks for this for nothing. The car was still smelly and when i preas my rear seat, oil still sticks to my hand… also what annoyed me most is he didn’t even clean the child made chalkpiece marks on the door and seat belt. Chalk marks could have been just wiped away with warm water bt he did nt care. he spoke as if that does not matter. why would i had to pay 170 bucks for nothing. he will just rip you off. i advise to stay away from him.

I have used them twice now — once with my Hyundai and another with my Jeep. Both times they were spotless! My Hyundai had stains on the seats and they shampooed it right off! My Jeep had dog hair all over and they vacuumed it clean. The shine on exterior made the car looked so fresh and clean.
Chris is very responsive and his team does top notch work! It’s also a convenient location for those who work Uptown.

Excellent. Chris was super responsive, showed up quickly and did a fantastic job on my car and my wife’s…inside our parking structure, no less.
We just moved across the country to Charlotte, so I had no «go-​to» Detailer. Now I do.
The building management decided to «clean» the parking garage and used leaf blowers to quite literally encase the 100+ cars (including ours which were freshly detailed) with dirt, debris and very clingy dust… Chris made short work of this.
I am extremely picky and he did a great job for a great price. Will definitely use him again.

Chris detailed my Porsche and it looked like it did when I purchased it 8 months ago! They have great customer service, and on time! Thank you for all you do!
