Suburban Extended Stay Hotel

It is newly remodeled. The rooms are nice and clean. The rooms have laminate wood flooring. The staff seems nice. The TV’s are flat screen, and good quality. Plenty of channels. The heat and a/​c works well. There is a closet, a full size fridge, a table with 2 chairs, microwave, small stove, and cabinets above and below the sink. There is a 3 drawer dresser, and 2 nightstands with drawers. The bathroom also has a cabinet underneath. My only complaint is that there are not enough outlets around the bed.
There are security cameras in the parking lots for safety. Laundry on site. Good room for the price!

There was roaches, it stunk and there was a nasty looking stain in the covers. The owners should put some dedication into their hotel.

HOTEL DOES NOT ACCEPT LOCAL CUSTOMERS. I had an AC problem and needed a hotel to stay in close to my house. Receptionist looked my DL and told me mgmt doesn’t allow locals to stay… smh

BUYER BEWARE!!! If there were a way for me to give this place ZERO stars, I would in a heartbeat. I’d rather sleep in my car than to stay in this dumpster again. The only reason I settled here is because it’s 2 miles away from a week long convention meeting I had to attend. The moment you walk in, it reaps the smell of marijuana & the city dump. Not to mention the hotel receptionists (if that’s what you want to call them), James, Tremaine, Porsha & Tammy were hired by Ray Charles from a back alley in the projects. Maybe Choice Hotels were in desperate need for staff because I wouldn’t hire these people to pour lemonade for my 6 year old daughter at her lemonade stand. The moment you check in, the staff immediately talks about you behind your back, people are hanging out all hours of the night drinking & smoking, loud music playing, the housekeepers will steal your property, they have absolutely no cable, but will charge you the standard rate, the list goes on, please do yourself a favor & avoid this dump at all cost. I have no problem with the homosexual community being the heterosexual married man that I am, however James will make you feel extremely uncomfortable as if he’s hitting or flirting with you, he also likes to refer to himself in 3^rd person which made me question his work ethic & professionalism. I’d rather sleep in a cardboard box under the freeway than to ever give this disgusting place anymore of my hard earned money. Save the extra bucks & book a classier hotel at The Hilton or The Marriott, this place should be shut down indefinitely, it’s the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. I would NOT recommend this establishment.

I booked through Expedia and the hotel was closed after 11pm with no notice. I couldn’t check in and had to sleep in my car. In addition, no refund issued from either Expedia or the hotel as of yet. I’m having to go through their corporate office, Choice Hotels, and still trying to get a refund. They don’t have a Twitter or Facebook page which is never a good sign for any business

the worst hotel i have ever stayed in. in my entire life. i don’t know if there were more shit stains or roaches– it was a pretty close call. don’t think i’ll come back. ever.
