They closed early and lied and told me they were all out of frozen yogurt even though the guy in front of my got plenty and then told me that if I complained to her manager ‘it ain’t gonna do nothing’. Her name was Venus and this place sucks.

This is my favorite frozen yogurt place because, to my knowledge, it’s the only one offering mochi as a topping. Other places will boast more yogurt flavors, but the original is usually the best anyway. This time I was bold(read: foolish) and got a swirl of the peanut butter and chocolate hazelnut. It wasn’t bad, but I sorely missed the simplicity of the original flavor. The original has just the right amount of tanginess, and it doesn’t overpower the toppings. Try the original with mochis and mango or strawberry boba(or both!). Unfortunately, the only location in Charlotte is at the airport, located toward the beginning of concourse D. There is never a long line and the employees are super friendly. Don’t be afraid to sample the various flavors, but always come back to the original!

A must if your in the mood for something sweet and stuck in Charlotte airport for a two hour layover. The guy behind the counter was very cool. Will be back!

Waited here for about ten minutes. No one around. Even looked in back. Is this a self service place? What a waste of ten minutes. After looking at the fruit it’s probably a good idea no one was here to serve people. It looked like it’s been here since yesterday. Oh well.

I love Pinkberry, but this location is too expensive — $ 6 for a small cup with toppings. The mochi toppings were not fresh and i saw fruit flies eating the strawberries. Very unsanitary.

Very dilute and horrible, they seemed to be saving on fruit, I’ve had smoothies before this one was so watery, I barely tasted the fruit, it tasted liked crushed ice that’s it with a bit of strawberry, usually they have better standards extremely disappointed

Yum. I happen to enjoy a little Pinkberry every so often and as I was a little early for my flight, I wandered down the D concourse and found this little spot opposite Gate D3. It’s the same great froyo you’ll find in their retail locations and it’s organized the same too. Pick your size, pick your flavor(or two) and they fill your cup. And then they will put unlimited toppings on top of it for you. For me, I like the salted caramel yogurt and I like as many of the dry nuts(peanuts, slivered almonds, walnuts, pecans if they have ‘em) as will fit. Prices are high, but they’re equivalent to their prices out there in the world. Pinkberry ain’t cheap.

Never again. Good yogurt, horrible service. My husband and I were at the counter ordering when the male employee(friday night dec 19) tried to take the people behind us. He told me(as I was still ordering and picking out toppings) to move for his customer(no room) and that my husband had to wait to put in his order. When I told him we were first and asked if theycouldat least wait until I finished, he told his customer to walk around us making it difficult to finish ordering, paying, anything. He was so rude we walked away. I come to this airport once a month and will never give this establishment my money.

Seriously — what is in this stuff??? I’ve only had Pinkberry about 4 times in my life, but every single time, it has been a pretty transcendent experience. The girls who work at this location were super friendly, despite having to deal with some typical a-hole travelers.

Heard about Pinkberry for a few years(I think the first time was on «Curb Your Enthusiasm», so it’s clearly a West Coast thing), but had never been to one until I walked past this one making a connecting flight at the Charlotte Airport. Of course, I had to try it. Delicious — forget the daily flavors and try to original with melted chocolate over it. Decadent.

Pinkberry remains supreme in the world of froyo. Many froyo copycats have sprung up across America but they just don’t have that perfect amount of tartness that pinkberry does so well. Call me a froyo snob but it’s true! My 3 hr layover is made is made so much better after finding out there was a pinkberry here. There is not one at home so I aim to get some whenever I come across a shop. This airport one lived up to my expectations.

Isn’t it nice, when wandering through an airport in search of some sort of sustenance, when you happen upon a clean, bright, appealing option that ALSO happens to have well-trained and friendly employees? Sadly, that’s an anomaly at most domestic airports, it seems. However, if you’re passing through Charlotte’s charming(if an airport can be) CLT airport, and you’re in Concourse D, you’re in a for a treat if you’re craving frozen yogurt. By the way, this Pinkberry is located in a newer«food court» section of D, with a nice sushi place, Ciao market, and Illy espresso bar, plus ample seating. You probably already know how the Pinkberry process works, you tell them the size you want, the flavor(s) you want in the cup/cone, and the topping(s) you want, if any. Pricing is straightforward, you pay a set price per size without toppings, and a set price per size with toppings. What’s great is that there’s no «weight» to worry about for the yogurt, since the«with toppings» price is a flat charge, and is for«as many toppings as fit comfortably in the cup/cone.» So go ahead, stretch it out and ask them to squeeze in another mochi or some more raspberries with those dark chocolate crispies. Menu layout is clear and easy-to-understand, work space looked clean and well-kept. Toppings bins weren’t at all astray, and as mentioned above, employees were super friendly, and beyond the compulsory«Thank you» or «Have a nice day.» The gal helping me out offered me all the samples I wanted, offered her own advice when asked, and when she rang me up, looked me in the eye, and said, «My name’s Iesha, and I hope you have a wonderful evening and a safe flight. Napkins are located here and enjoy your Pinkberry!» It was refreshing to have such a human and personalized experience while treating myself to some yogurt deliciousness during a layover. May I recommend Original Tart with Hot Chocolate or Pomegranate, topped with mochi, dark chocolate crispies, raspberries, and coconut?

We walked 20 min through the airport to get here! Green Tea ok, more like ice cream. i could barely taste the difference between coconut and plain. Plain melts slower. The plain was a bit strange here. But overall, same ol Pinkberry!

Super quick location which is important when between flights. Staff seems just THRILLED to be at work. Then again, I really don’t care, just give me that frozen amazeness. If you’ve never had Pinkberry, you have to try it!

This is your average Pinkberry. Forgive me for the 3 stars but in all honesty I have had much better Fro-Yo elsewhere. Portions are average size but toppings are on the skimpy side. If I’m paying $ 1.45 or however much it is for a topping I expect more than the measly 8 or 9 Mochi balls you get *sad face* That’s the best part after all. There’s 6 flavors with a couple dozen topping’s to choose from including cereals, fruits, cookies & candies as well as flavored sauces & honey. Great location though as you can kill some time waiting for your flight or grab a cup just as you board and enjoy it during the flight(if you haven’t eaten it all by the time you take off of course).

Polite, friendly service and delicious yogurt. Had the peanut butter yogurt with strawberries and cinnamon toast crunch. Great treat for the plane & made the flight attendants jealous! …it’s time you come to Seattle, PB!

OMG this place is good. A great and pleasant surprise to find Pinkberry at the Charlotte Airport. Delicious frozen yogurt with an absolutely amazing selection of toppings. Some healthy, some not so much. But all so good. Now I’m wishing we’d get Pinkberry in Southeastern PA.

As we dashed from gate to gate(we landed in Terminal D as our flight in Terminal B was already boarding) — I contemplated getting a Starbucks on the way(empty calories), or perhaps a Jamba Juice(would take too long, would definitely miss the flight) — but lo and behold, what was this apparition next to the gate for our next flight?! PINKBERRY! Perfect! Nutritious, relatively filling, COLD and oh so so tasty. The fruit looks freshly cut, and the mochi was soft and tender! What’s not to like?!
