Jafrum is the worst online seller I have ever dealt with!!! Their online webstore sells items that they don’t even truly have in stock, most legitimate websites show «sold out» or «back ordered» instead Jafrum is shady & will let you purchase items that they know they don’t have in stock. Ordered a leather motorcycle vest from them and I was left a voicemail on my phone the next day saying that the item was out of stock and back ordered– meaning that I would have to wait another week for them to even get the item in (all while they still charged my card for the item without even knowing if I was okay with this).
I called back and left them multiple voicemails to call me back and that I was unhappy with the way they were handling this whole situation! Shady jerks never called me back! I even emailed them, no reply. Should have known they wouldn’t reply when they aren’t even legit enough to send a confirmation email when I purchased my item. What kind of a company has a 24 hour customer service line that doesn’t call or email back their customers? Only a company that’s trying to scam you!!!
Finally got ahold of someone & explained that I was unhappy that the item was back-​ordered but even worse when I called to confirm a week later if the item was in like they said it would be it wasn’t!!! So not only will they sell you items they don’t have they’ll make you wait on a shipment that never even came!!! Clearly after all of this I asked for a full refund & refused to wait any longer for an item that doesn’t even exist!!! The girl on the phone seemed to care less about how unhappy I was but did say shed issue the refund in full back to my card…
Well here I am waiting and my card is yet to be refunded! These people are scammers & if you do enough research online you’ll see plenty of other people who have complained about never receiving their items or getting a refund! Avoid Jafrum at all costs!!! Not worth the time & money wasted.

Just call Jafrum about a helmet purchase I made. Item was bought shipped and recieved perfectly. I went on a long weekend and came back to open my hemlet and used it once — the bluetooth did not work. called and explained it to them and they said it had to be handled thru the warranty program cuz it was not reported within 3 business days of receipt. that could take up to 8 weeks. so i ask for a manager who is not available and left a message. now waiting for a call back but after reading the other reviews — it doesnt look good. Buyer beware! I will update with the outcome.”

I ordered my items April 7^th and today is aprill 11^th, my order still pending shipping? while they told me that orders are ship the same day and my Cradit card was already charged. called the company, after a long hold time,. they just told me they have no control over the shipping and not willing to upgrade my shipping either to reaceive my item sooner. the prices are good, but not sure if it worth the trouble and wait time. i dont think i would recommed this to anyone or buy again. i wish they go out of business,
I will be sure to tell everyone about my bad expirience with the company so they can go out of business ASAP, or lose some…
