Our business specializes in providing our clients with an upscale, intimate atmosphere and high quality personal training services that are customized and developed per individual based on their needs and goals. Each program can be immediately modified on a day to day basis as the client communicates their physical capabilities and limitations to their trainer.

We have been very honored to be voted by the people in Charlotte as Charlotte’s Best of the Best years 2011 — 2013. We take this award and our responsibilities seriously by keeping all Certifications up to date and remaining fully insured at all times.

History

Established in 2011.

Brent, Co-​Owner and Lead Trainer, has always owned and operated his own business as a contractor in personal training. However, after a move to Charlotte and two years building his clientele at Sports and Fitness, he decided to open his own facility to ensure the high level quality of service and integrity was maintained at all times by those training at our facility. His wife, Jennifer Kasmer received her Master’s in Counseling and left the field after realizing his need of support for both the business and clientele. She now facilitates and develops the nutritional coaching services at the studio after becoming Certified in Nutrition in 2011. She was awarded with Best Nutritionist in the City by Elevate Magazine last year and continues to show this award was well deserved by the care and results she delivers to her clients.

Business Owner

Brent has over 10 years of experience, competes at a Professional level in All-​Natural Bodybuilding and is Certified/​Insured for Personal Training, Sports Conditioning and Sports Nutrition. Inside and out of the studio, he tries to carry himself with the utmost of integrity as a follower, husband, father and business owner.
