Since 2008, we have been bringing our customers the best in automotive service and performance. We wish to continue this on our online parts store. If there is anything you ever need that we don’t carry, please contact us and we’ll see what we can do for you! Eurowise Inc. is a European automotive service, performance, parts and accessories store in Charlotte, North Carolina. Our goal is to build the best customer relationship and service possible! Our store front and warehouse are located in Charlotte, North Carolina. We are just north of the airport and minutes from I-​77. We are open six days a week, Monday through Friday, from 9AM-​6PM and Saturday from 9AM-​3PM. Took great care of my MK4 .:R32 and my girlfriends ’11 BMW 128i. Just had basic maintenance performed. Oil change on the BMW and brake fluid on the .:R. They were very knowledgeable and provided great service. Will be going back in the future for other maintenance.

Being a women and not knowing the basics of automobiles it can be very intimidating. But Mike Ngo and his employees are stellar. There are no hidden fees, or costly procedures performed without your consent. They are upfront and honest individuals who believe in much more then running a business. Alex and Dylan once again proved what service is. I take my wifes Benz for all repairs and maintenance. The customer service, regular updated communication and above all honest repairs set them far apart from any other euro repair shops. The quality work and great pricing compared to the dealers ensures I continue to use them and recommend them to all of my friends. Mike (the owner) has set up superior service shop. I recently took my R8 to Alex and the guys at Eurowise and couldn’t be happier with the quick turnaround time and the level of customer service. Alex actually communicated with me on a regular basis to update me on the status of the repair which was completed ahead of schedule. Oh, and the price was right! It was well below what they quoted me at the dealership… This was one of the best customer service experiences I’ve had with a vehicle in quite some time!

I recently moved to Charlotte and decided to take my VW Jetta here after reading all the other positive reviews. This place is located right down the street from the Woodlawn light rail stop, so if you live or work along the light rail it makes dropping off/​picking up your car super convenient. I dropped it off in the morning for some routine maintenance and also asked if they could take a look at the left side of my front bumper, as it was jutting out just a little from a very minor fender bender. They offered to take it down the street for me to L&P Auto Body to get an estimate for the repair, but when I went back later to pick it up, they told me they had ended up fixing it themselves for less than the body shop would have charged. I was so impressed that they would offer to get the estimate for me, and even more impressed when they fixed it themselves for cheaper. The routine maintenance also ended up being $ 110 less than what the VW dealership quoted me. I’m so pleased to have found a place that I can trust to take care of my car.

Top notch. These guys are the real deal. Amazing craftsmanship, attention to detail, latest technology and outstanding customer service. They built a custom exhaust for my Ferrari and just did an unbelievable great job. Updated me along the way and finished on schedule. Looks and sounds great. Definitely the go to shop for your European car from complete restoration to mods to maintenance and repairs they can’t be beat!

Eurowise delivers every time. I am so happy to have found this auto-​shop. I have a 1993 Audi that they service regularly. With a car this old many smaller things come up as you might expect. Eurowise has consistently helped me keep my well-​loved Audi in the pretty great shape it was in when I got it. In my opinion Eurowise is reasonable with their prices, honest in their dealings, and seem to focus on cars and the owner individually instead of lumping us all together! I just had my 2008 Cayman S in for service and Alex and the guys at Eurowise took care of me. They live and breathe European cars, so don’t be afraid to take your baby in for a little TLC. I’ve had brakes, tires, service, and more repaired there and I’ve never had a single issue. Back when I had my Mercedes they fixed the hydraulic top, replaced the rear end, mounted and balanced a set of tires, and ran down several electrical issues so they can handle almost anything!

BEST IN CHARLOTTE. They have build cars for me from the ground up, done performance mods to high end E-​63 Mercedes Benz’s, restored an old 1976 BMW 2002, etc, etc. Mike Ngo (owner) is personally on site, involved with day-​to-​day operations and ensures you are happy. Doesn’t get any better.

I was traveling from Vegas to New York and my VW R32 had an issue with the transmission. Stuck and I used Unilocal to help me and I’m glad I did. Phil at Eurowise was knowledgable and took care of me like I was family. I was told what the issue was and the price. Fair and a great repair. Without Phil Pinto and the group at Eurowise I would have been stuck with the dealers and I’m sure feeling like I would have felt taken advantage of.

I recently went to the Eurowise located on Kenley Ave. (The Compound) to have service done on a 2003 Montero. Alex (The Service Advisor & Shop Manager) was extremely helpful. He figured out the problems we had with our brake lights, and also fixed issues we had with our spark plugs and a leak in our valve caps. He was responsive and helpful while we were there, and communicated with us while the car was in the shop. He really went above and beyond to work with us on pricing the service, and I would definitely recommend Eurowise on Kenley Ave. to anyone looking for specialty and routine service on their cars. We were so happy that we plan on bringing our 350Z there when our next service is due, and will continue to use Eurowise.

Update to previous review: I kept having leakage issues with my valve cover gasket even after Eurowise re-​did this repair. The shop I took it to in my new city (very reputable, highly reviewed by many, and winner of several local awards) took the old gasket off and studied everything very carefully, knowing ahead of time my history with this repair. (They expected the valve cover to be warped). Turns out the cover was totally fine but that Eurowise had used an extremely cheap after-​market gasket, and then not come CLOSE to securing all the bolts to factory requirements. This caused the continuing issues here, and led to my having to re-​do this $ 600.00+ repair again out of pocket. Now previously Eurowise did my water pump and did a fine job — no issues. So I would not advise not going there, but be careful.

Been going here for about 3 – 4 years now, they have taken really good care of my Audi and my Benz, I only go to Eurowise for everything on my car if its not under factory warranteed. I love how the staff is very knowledgeable and friendly, they always make sure my car is taken care of! at the end of the day Mike and his staff are always there to make sure Im driving home happy with the work that they’ve done and the price I pay.

I love Eurowise. I moved here from Southern California and I was looking for a place to have my E90 serviced. I had a very reliable and trustworthy place back home and wanted to find that kind of place here in Charlotte. So glad I decided to give Eurowise a try. I worked with Marcel from scheduling drop off, going over estimates, providing my authorization and even getting quotes for some work that needs to be done on the body. Marcel is fantastic. I followed my favorite mechanic in the world, Mitch, over to this shop from South Charlotte VW and was totally blown away by the staff and level of expertise that Eurowise is tossing around.
I like to think of Eurowise as a car mechanic’s shop — this ain’t no Speedy, sit in the waiting room and watch Young and The Restless BS. This is a REAL shop that is intense and focused on delivering top notch service and work 100% of the time. The technicians seemed to be focused and hard working, the management seems to be involved and invested — all around, a good aura surrounds this place and I’m digging it big time.
Definitely will bring my lil’ German auto back!
