Established in 2008.

The business was founded by Ed Cooper CPA, to provide more personal and affordable tax and auditing services to small businesses and individuals. In contrast to firms that may assign your tax work to a staff accountant, your work is handled by a CPA with over 20 years of experience. For small businesses, in addition to tax services, we are a firm that you can grow with — if you need a financial statement for your banker or for a business license our firm can do this. We want to be more than your tax service, but your small business financial advisor.

Edward Cooper has over 20 years of experience at national, regional and local CPA firms assisting small busineses with their tax, accounting and auditing needs. Ed is a North Carolina CPA and his firm is registered with the CPA boards in both NC and SC. He received his BS in Business (Accounting emphasis) at UNC Chapel Hill, and an MBA from Indiana University (Bloomington). He enjoys helping individuals and businesses achieve their financial goals.
