History

Established in 2012.

Robin has been studying dog behavior and training dogs of all breeds and size for over 20 years in the Charlotte Metro area. 1999 – 2007 Robin was the Training Director and owner of Charlotte’s first ever Dog Daycare/Professional dog training facility.

She had a passion for the animal shelter world and sold the business and joined the staff at the Humane Society of Charlotte as their Animal Behvior Manager. She socialized the shelter dogs to get them ready to be adopted, performed all the temperament testing of new dogs coming in, taught obedience classes and assisted families in helping find the right dog for them. After doing this for several years she wanted to get back to helping families connect better with their dogs.

She is now solely focused on helping clients communicate with their dogs in a way that will foster a relationship of both mutual respect and trust and is sole owner of Canine Charlotte.
