I was lucky enough to have been to a party catered by this restaurant, the food was AMAZING! Fried fish, black eyed peas and collard greens… it was my first experience with collard greens, but OMG, definetly not my last! Perfectly cooked, seasoned, i cant get it out of my head. I had to come home and tell my wife about it, and plan our first visit together.

Best «home-​style» cooking in Charlotte! This Louisianan, family-​owned café *is* the real deal. In the most inconspicuous of locations, they produce fantastic dishes at great prices mostly to-​go for the breakfast and lunch crowd. Try the Electric Lemonade and the Chicken Chili. Don’t stand too close to your mama; she’ll be slapped!
