I only take my family’s vehicles here! The people are incredibly honest and hard workers, and they really care about their customers. The mechanics are efficient and timely, and they haven’t tried to up-​sell me on services I don’t need while informing me about potential problems to look out for. The best garage in Charlotte by far!

This has become my go-​to place for car inspections. Both times, I was in and out within half an hour or so (come in the morning).
I was getting really into the magazine article I was reading while waiting, so I found myself feeling a bit disappointed that it didn’t take a little longer. I found this to be a really good thing, since most car appointments take forever and just aren’t fun experiences.
The gentlemen here are polite and nice, too.

Goodyear Arowinds is HANDS DOWN the best automechanic shop I’ve ever been to. I frequented this location for over 5 years when I was still living in Charlotte, NC. Joseph, Sal, and Dale have always treated me fairly and were always incredibly helpful and friendly. I had a 2001 VW Jetta that was frequently in need of work, and the team at this location always knocked out my repairs quickly and were always saving me money by going above and beyond (to help me find used parts, cut down on labor time, etc). I don’t think I’ll ever find a group of guys I trust so much with my car. I even started having my band’s 15 passenger van serviced here. Thanks guys!

I went here thinking i could go to a local place since i just moved here. I have been getting my cars inspected and taken care of at my local garage. I thought give em a change seemed like nice guys. I go to pick up my car… Surcharge for tint 10 $ for factory tint… 20 $ to change 2 bulbs and 40 $ for an oil change. They called me to tell me about the bulbs but they also decided not to tell me about any additional charges except point to a sign and tell me i couldnt leave until i paid… Horrible customer service and the guy behind the counter thought it was necesarry to scream and yell at me… i do not!!! recommend this place go somewhere else and put your money where someone will actually care… way better deals and better customer service out there…

Popped in for my North Carolina state inspection. I did not have an appointment, but they were able to see me immediately anyway. While I waited, I surfed the Internet on their free wifi but not for long. I was just getting settled when «Okay, you’re all set.»
They also gave me a sheet with a repair recommendation but it was the softest sell I have ever experienced. And so I’ll have to bring my car back to them to get that work done!

I came in mid-​day to take care of your typical car maintenance (oil change + NC Inspection). I actually stopped by 2 previous places including my dealership and another nearby Tire & Service Center.
Prices — 2 out of the 3 places had the same price, while the other was more expensive. Rating is average
Availability — the other 2 places said they were too busy and I had to setup an appointment for either late in the day or days later. This was the only place that had their NC Inspection guy ready and another tech to do the oil change shortly thereafter. I probably spent a little over an hour there waiting, but I was expecting to wait at that moment when I had time immediately.
The counter service was friendly and was very open about their prices and pretty accurate on the time it would take to be done. Great job!

These guys were great. They patched a tire for me, after I ran over a nail.
I told them I was headed home to visit family and they were worried about me driving so far on a newly patched tire. They called every tire place who shared a distributor with them from Charlotte to Hickory, just in case I needed a new tire.
The best part was, the patch job held and I didn’t need the tire. I will be going here for all my tire needs in the future. They also inspect cars and take credit cards, which is hard to find in this area of Charlotte.
