NTB – National Tire & Battery

I was about to give this place the best review ever because the customer service is phenomenal. The guys treat you like real people. The free tire air check and not to mention, they will patch your tire for free.
I thought it was to good to be true but because my tire went low 2 times in a month and it was one of my customers to recommend them, I thought I’d take it there to be checked. My customer advised me that they had a slow leak and they found out she had 2 nails, too close together to fix and she needed a new tire. Surprisingly, I had the SAME EXACT PROBLEM!!! I advised them I would return to get my new tires in a couple days.
The next day I picked up another customer, taking them to NT&B to get her car, when I asked what was the issue, she stated, «I had a slow leak, took it to NT&B and they told me, I had 2 nails, too close together and needed to replace the tire, a couple days later the tire went completely flat and I had to replace it».
I don’t know what to think now, that in a week, 3 people having the same issue from the same place. Is it random that we all had 2 nails too close together. Really think someone should look into this.
