The management here is terrible. Lack of communication is really bad. When you call to report maintenance or even complain on anything they do nothing or have forgotten they even spoke with you. Everything is done online so don’t waste your time calling. Nothing luxury about these apartments when we moved in the carpet was really old and the counter tops were still wet with paint. Been living here for a year and so far we have had problems back to back. Everyone in the office are not on the same level you get a different answer from each leasing officer. People don’t last very long in these apartments at all. Took them forever to fix my AC it was out for weeks after I have reported 3 times I finally went to the office to speak with the property manager and she told me that she was not aware of it then had the nerve to tell was I sure about it I told her lady are you freaking kidding me… I tried my best not to strangle her. Even when we renewed our least they told us one amount to my husband and I as we signed it then they called us the days later to tell us that was not the correct amount so they liberally forced us to sign another then swear up in down they did not tell us that amount. I normally try to keep stay calm but the ladies at this office are dumb as hell and made my pregnancy miserable our entire stay.

I do not recommend these«luxury» apartments. I have had SEVERAL issues since I’ve moved here. When the apartments were called Arbor Trace the maintenance and staff were much nicer. The other evening I called maintenance and asked for someone to come fix my AC. But because It was 77 degrees outside they could not assist me until the next morning. The«supervisor» said that it had to be 80 degrees for him to come fix the AC. So even though it was about 90 degrees in my apartment and only 77 degrees outside he couldn’t come help me out with my issue. He instead told me to open up my doors and windows. I couldn’t believe that he actually said that to me. Also, for them to have luxury apartments they sure have an awful pool. The pool is very small and they do not have control on who is able to swim there. Other people from other neighborhoods come to the pool to swim as we’ll. Rent has gone up extremely high, and I understand that with the way the economy is they have no other choice. But if I am paying a certain price for an apartment I expect to ATLEAST receive maintenance help when I’m burning up in my apartment on a summer day because of a broken AC.

With the new management and apartment upgrades as well as a drastic increase in price this apartment complex has had alot of new residents… It has become so ghetto and the parents here allow their kids to run loose through the buildings with no supervision. There’s always people loitering the breezeways and having conversations at different hours at night and since there’s no insulation in the walls you hear everyones conversation or the going up and down the stairs. Regardless of the upgrades this place is not worth the aggravation anymore. I’m just waiting for my lease to end and get the hell out of here!!!
