Established in 2000.

We decided to add another dimension to the Charlestown Commerce Center. Previously we had commercial /​industrial offices and warehouse. Then we added storage with a twist, band rehearsal practice rooms!

We have been down on this waterfront property for over twenty years and excited with the continued development of band rooms. We plan on expanding the 4^th floor and developing more rehearsal rooms because demand is so great. We hope to have that completed by the end of 2014 beginning of 2015.

Business Owner

Charlestown Commerce Center is a mom and pop run facility that is different than the larger corporation storage facilities. There are similarities to be sure, 24 hour surveillance, free use of hand trucks, boxes and locks sold on site. What makes us different is the band rehearsal rooms. in the industrial area where you can play and none to complain. Most storage facilities are within a residential area and would not be well received. At Charlestown Commerce Center A.K.A. Charlestown Rehearsal Studios it is well received.
