Hog & Dog

The fastest service I have ever had anywhere, which bumped it up to the fourth star.
Here’s how fast: I ordered my food, the girl behind the counter asked what drink I wanted, I told her iced tea, she handed me a number, got a cup, put ice in it, and handed the cup to me so I could pour my own iced tea. I walked four feet to the iced tea, filled the cup. As I walked to a table, she came out from behind the counter and handed me my box of food as I sat down. I mean, it was just hot dogs, but seriously, it was amazing.
I got the dogs. They were good, but nothing to rave about. The fries were likely frozen, but fine. The tea tasted brewed (not instant), so it was good, and I was able to get the un/​sweetened tea to the right amount of sweet. It seems that unsweetened tea has become somewhat rarer these days in WV, so I appreciated that.
The takeaway: if Chris’s is closed (as it was today), or if you want a quick hot dog, don’t hesitate to go here.
