Fringe Salon was formerly Shear Divas Salon but changed ownership in 2007. Since then Gail Markland and Norman Hernandez have offered salon services to Chapel Hill, Carrboro and Durham, and any wanderers who have found themselves visiting family, friends of North Carolina.
