Specialties
We are a bagel shop specializing in authentic New York Style bagels. We kettle boil and bake fresh our scratch made bagels every morning. All of our bagels are all natural and are free of artificial colors and preservatives. We mix all of our own cream cheeses in house and make all of our prepared salads from fresh locally sourced ingredients (when available).
History
Established in 2012.
Jonathan Collins and Karra Pâté took over the failing Bagels on the Hill back in July of 2012 and have worked tirelessly to rejuvenate the space and create a great customer experience. They still offer great New York Style bagels and fresh, house made cream cheese as well as wonderful, freshly made sandwiches. They also offer wholesale bagels all over the Triangle to clients large and small from local coffee shops to Whole Foods Markets.
