Taxi and driver should not have been on the road… Seriously dangerous.
The taxi had black electrical tape covering the 3 yellow service lights. The car was also leaking exhaust into the car the whole time and had a headlight out causing the driver to have his high beams on for the whole drive.
The driver too could not stay in the lane and drove 20 mph under the speed limit. Taxi 12 should be taken off the road.

wow. this establishment needs to get looked at by the business bureau
I MISSED MY DAMN FLIGHT.
I called at 6:30am. Asked for ETA of arrival and also a fare estimate from Chapel Hill to RDU. Driver said he would be there in 5 mins and fare should be $ 30-$ 40
6:50am comes around… I call again… he still saids 5 minutes. then starts giving excuses as to why he’s not there yet.
honestly, let me know if you can’t make it so I can go book with someone else who can come get me. it’s so rude to have someone wait when you can’t deliver service.
anyways, he comes at 7am.
drives 45 in a 45. 65 in a 65. drives in the slowest lane possible. known to man.
WORST CAR RIDE I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCE IN MY DAMN LIFE
unless you want your time wasted go ahead and book through them.
oh and guess the total of my fare $ 64.00
I WANT MY MONEY BACK THIS IS THE WORST EXPERIENCE/TAXI EVER

Taxi driver was 15 mins late. Was pretty sketchy especially since once I was about to pay with card he said he didn’t know how because people usually pay with cash. He asked me to write down my credit card info but I was uncomfortable doing that. I paid him cash and asked him for a receipt. He said he did not have any or know where they were since this was not his cab, which made me wonder if he was even a certified driver. He said he would email me a receipt but no word. I have called the company three times asking for a receipt as I need it for reimbursement and each time they say they will but fail to do so.

Reserved online & on phone 3 weeks ago for a pick up from RDU to Chapel Hill, called a day before to confirm reservation. When I arrived on time, no taxi. Called again and was told driver will arrive in 10min. Called in 15 min and was told driver still on road. Worst company ever.
