Collision used to be run well. I have had work done here a few times in the past years. Now they leave you up in the air for info. Was told car was ready on Friday then no one got back to me. I phoned up 4 times with no one working having a clue. The next day was told by a front desk girl that it shows parts were ordered but no work done. ??? Unacceptable. People take days off to be available to pick up the car what has happened to communication here. Obviously new people in place for management are not customer oriented as they once we’re.

Brought in my car to get a number of things fixed including tire replacement. After picking it up I immediately noticed that something was off… Brought it back in a few days later and turns out they «forgot» to fix a few things. Nice to know that they let me pick up my car when it was not safe to drive. Front desk service was also unsatisfactory

I leased my srx here, it was late in the night so after the deal just left the car to be washed and delivered next day (car was also delivered 5 hours after time promised without gas also. So had to put has in and submit for reimbursement). I never thought to look for the registration until now and realized I was never mailed anything, it’s not in my folder or glove compartment. I sent a message to my sales person and the lady who took care of my finance, so will update after I hear back. I called earlier and they told me to get a new one online…

One of the best experiences I’ve had in my life. Patrick went above and beyond to help me get the perfect car at the best price! He didn’t quit until we made a deal! Great motivation, great attitude. It’s salesman like Patrick that will keep me a Cadillac customer for the rest of my life. Absolutely superb!

Purchased a vehicle from them last week and was pleased with the entire process. Yes, you have to negotiate and yes they are in sales, but if you know that a head of time, then you know what to expect. News flash folks, their job is to get you to buy a car from THEM. That’s what they do. If you want the no haggle, no pressure, no clue about anything process, then go CarMax and pay $ 4k more for the same vehicle. If you want to negotiate, hammer out the numbers and get the best deal in 5 states (yes I searched for this car in 5 different states), then see Amir Tobar and Dwayne at Moore. They make deals happen. As for the finance rate, the best I’d seen. My own bank couldn’t match their rates.

Even worse… I tried to buy a $ 97,000 platinum Escalade from them and they just don’t care about repeat customers. I’m now driving a beautiful Cadillac that Joe Moore had a chance to sell me. Their customer service is HORRIBLE. So another local dealer got the sale.

Just got my Sienna back after a deer rammed into it a few weeks back. Must say I am very pleased with the entire process. My husband and I were in contact with Katie from start to finish. She was extremely helpful from getting it towed to the time it was done. Very responsive and provided updates on a regular basis. Was very impressed that the car was ready before the estimated time frame! Nobody ever likes dealing with auto body work at any point but if I have to do it again definitely would come back here. Overall great!!!

Every dealer has good and bad customer experience. Let me tell you about my experience with Moore Cadillac. I had ACL knee surgery on a Friday. The following Monday through Friday I started looking for a Cadillac ATS via the internet. Moore was one of the dealers that responded. I explained my situation of having a stick shift Mustang that I could not drive due to operations and that I wanted an automatic car by the following Monday. Knowing that many dealers only offer trade in value for your trade in I thought I would prescreen the dealers and not even bother with the dealers that offered half of KBB, Nada, or True Car trade in value. Dealers want you in the showroom before giving out any information. I understand this but I explained my situation in that I can’t drive the car and would need help from a friend and did not want to wear a friend out taking me to several dealers. It took four days for Moore to respond to me with a ballpark estimate while another Cadillac dealer responded the first day of my inquiry. I was working with Tom Horton and Jean Benedict who has been with Moore for many years. Now that Moore gave me a number that was acceptable I decided to put them on my list of the two dealers I would go see. I went to the first dealer that responded with a trade in estimate and worked out a good price for a new car and my trade while I was there the following Friday. Now I need an automatic car by Monday morning so I can get to work. Saturday morning I looked at the Lincoln MKZ then I went to Moore Cadillac with the friend who drove my mustang. Jean saw me a notice that I was the one with the knee issue and the Mustang that she and Tom had been discussing. She said she was busy finishing up delivering a car and Tom would help. He introduced himself while I was sitting in the showroom. He said he would be right back. Time passed. I looked at my friend and said lets go back to the Cadillac dealer from the night before. I called the other dealer and spoke to them on the phone asking a few more questions about the car since there was one identical in the Moore parking lot. In the next 10 minutes on the phone the dealer offered another$ 500 for my trade which was what I wanted in the first place and offered the new Cadillac for a little lower price which was $ 500 over my offer the night before. We walked passed Jean, she smiled, and then we drove to the other dealer and made the purchase. Moore has a wonderful but empty showroom. No salespeople are available in an timely manner. I assume they are either very busy with lots of customers or they have very few salespeople. Terrible parking for someone with a handicap. I tried buying a Cadillac from Jean two years ago but it did not work out then. I thought this time around it would. My new ATS comes with full service up to 50,000 and I paid the $ 895 to get the full service to 100,000 miles. The other dealer was outstanding. When I hobbled in they offered a chair and a table right there on the showroom floor. I sat right there for the negotiations. When I showed up the next day after my Moore trip the other dealer had a chair, table, water and coffee right there at the showroom front door. Only one time did I have to go office and that was so the finance officer could show me some information on a computer screen.

I’m disappointed in the service I’ve received in this dealership’s service department. I visited them in the past with a different Cadillac and the service experience was decent. I bought a new Cadillac this year and have had a poor experience with them. Here’s the rundown…
— I attempted to schedule repairs under warranty with them online to occur one week before leaving the country. I did so for three reasons — to allow sufficient time for the repairs to be done before I left the country, to secure a rental car, and to give them an opportunity to address issues that were possibly temperature-​related. I scheduled this about one month before the date. i received a vm from someone confirming the appointment and stating that it will be added into the system. I called the day before the scheduled appointment to find out that the appointment was never logged. There was no service adviser available to neither confirm the rental nor take the details of the issues I put into the online system. I wanted to make this as efficient for the service department as possible so that they can have an opportunity for a quick turnaround. Since that was not possible, I rescheduled the appointment for the day after I returned to the country.
— This dealership has my cell phone number, work number, and email address. I cannot access my cell phone during the day at work, as should have been noted in my profile. The service adviser calls my cell phone and leaves a vm which i don’t notice for two days. He made no attempt to contact me after that one call. They have my car from Tuesday to Saturday.
— They performed ZERO repairs on my car. When I initially dropped the car off, I went into great detail to the service adviser on the issues experienced and explained that since we’ve been experiencing low temperatures, two of the issues appear to have been suppressed. Nevertheless, the issues are still there and will occasionally occur. They claimed that the shop foreman test drove my car and found none of the issues I mentioned. I’m disappointed that they were not proactive and did not do their due diligence in looking at the specific items (steering column and headliner) that are causing the problems to check for something broken. There is also an idle problem that they claimed that they did not observe. As soon as I drove from the dealership and reached the trafficlight 200 feet from the garage, I observed the idle problem. I went on to pick up a passenger to see if I was just exaggerating the issue, and that friend was startled when they felt the idle problem. It was an obvious issue that the shop foreman and service adviser claimed to have missed after 4 days of having my car.
— Not even a complimentary car wash.

Just got my vehicle back from Moore for some collision work. I was very skeptical since my auto is a BMW and they are a caddy dealership. But wow I’m so impressed with the job they did. Katie Morris was my adviser, kept me informed the whole time. Job was done right, on time and exceeded my expiations.
Well done, I hope I don’t need body work anytime soon but they have me as a customer

I purchased a former fleet 2015 ATS on 3÷28÷15 (my 2^nd car purchased from Moore) with 15 870 miles from Patrick Cowan of Moore Cadillac (Chantilly Va). On 9÷14÷15 I returned the car for a recall with 17 764 miles and was informed that the 3 rims were damaged and also 3 tires. Moore quoted $ 2975 to replace 3 wheels and 3 tires and refused to take responsibility. I took this to a local tire shop which I have used for 10+ years and they actually found that all four rims were damaged and all four tires were unsafe to drive on. Our car is used sole for local and short distance driving on local roads. I find it in conceivable that we caused the damage to all the rims and tires. It is more likely that this was caused in Michigan during its use as a fleet car and sold to me in this unsafe condition. It will cost me $ 2200 to replace all 4 rims (refurbished) and 4 tires. This will be the last car I purchase from Moore and I will certainly not give a positive recommendation to anyone that asks.

Bought a used car from here two weeks ago. I walked in the stunning showroom and was greeted by Parker Bain. Parker new exactly what vehicle I was referring to by color and exactly where on the lot it was. Not pushy at all, treated me like I was there to buy a brand new Escalade! After the test drive I was moved to the Finance dept where I met with Sarah Burger. I’ve bought and sold ⁶⁄₇ cars in the last 6 years and this was HANDS DOWN the BEST car buying experience I’ve ever had! Sarah was quick, thorough and a pleasure to deal with. All around the staff at Moore was the best I’ve had. I will gladly go back there to buy another vehicle and will refer many people as well.

Was out in the Dulles are for work related training and needed some service performed on my truck. Took the truck to Moore Cadillac and the service was impeccable. No complaints at all. Karl Spiess IV is the Man!

Update…
After Joe Moore himself posted a response to my review, I went out of MY way and reached out to Mr. Moore personally and sent multiple emails to him directly. He never replied.
I sent another email through their website and finally a return phone call was made to me by their «new car sales manager» who had an aggressive attitude the minute our conversation began. He asserted that they didn’t take too kindly to customers who leave «bad reviews on Unilocal» but were willing to work a deal with me if I removed the negative review. Interesting because they have since lowered the car $ 700.00 and still cannot sell it. What is even more interesting is that if they would have given me the $ 9,000 for my trade as originally agreed to, they would have sold the car and be $ 200 in the positive.
Not very smart Mr. Moore, not very smart.
I wouldn’t purchase a car from Moore Cadillac for a dollar.

Be aware when dealing with David Korelitz whom is a service advisor.
Very pushy in trying to get you to spend a lot more than whats needed. Also when he does not succeed in getting you to spend more than you need, he attempts to talk you out of the courtesy car wash which they pride themselves on. I will just go back to Cadillac of Alexandria.
