OK, So I’ve owned the car I bought from Adam at Auto Warehouse Direct for 10 months now and I LOVE it! She has never given me any problems and has been across the US twice. I changed the brake pads and fluids after I bought her, just to be sure, and that’s it.
I had been shopping around for a month last Christmas and met loads of dodgy characters so I was pretty cynical by the time I got to Chantilly BUT I was pleasantly surprised to meet Adam. He was knowledgeable, and diligent and I truly felt I could trust him… which is saying a lot. It was a very ‘no pressure’ sale and I ended up signing on the dotted line that night. Based on customer service alone I would highly recommend this dealership but now I can say their merchandise is excellent too. Best car buying experience I’ve ever had and I’d truly lost hope before I got there. I have faith that this guy wouldn’t knowingly sell a lemon so I think all will continue to be well!

Stay away from Auto Direct Warehouse! I went there today to check out a 2004 Honda Element. We got there and met Adam. We did a test drive and we were very interested in it, and then Adam showed us what he called the Carfax report that certified 1 owner and a clean title. We asked for a copy of the Carfax report which Adam refused to give to us, then he said and I quote «We can’t just give a copy of this out to every customer» and «I don’t see why you would need it unless you buy it.» When I got home I went online and pulled up the Carfax report on my own only to discover that the car had been TOTALED by its THIRD owner earlier this year.
