I hated visiting this dealership. From the moment I set foot on that property to talk to one of the people on the showroom He said Hi and I said «Hi my name is Brad,» He then asked me «Okay, what do you want?» … What? I wouldn’t exactly have a problem with this, but I had called twice before the trip to this dealership a week in advance and 30 minutes before I got there to schedule a test drive. Yet, the car I wanted to test drive was sitting behind a jigsaw puzzle of cars in there garage.
When I asked if they could take the car out so I could test drive it they said I either needed to already have set up financing or have cash in hand to buy the car. He also then said that if he was to let me test drive it without money to buy it then, he didn’t want to let me drive it because it was raining and he had the car detailed… Then proceeded to say that the car couldn’t be financed by them because it was too old.
He then proceeded to say that the car was not overpriced (even though it was according to KBB) and that KBB was going out of business because their cite was «inaccurate» as he stubbled and frantically looked around to find excuses to not sell us the car. We finally had to leave because we were so tired of all the BS and excuses. So. In all. I ended up driving an hour in a half to listen to some BS for 30 minutes and not leave with a car. STAY AWAY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP!!!

I’m writing this for all to see, know and BEWARE, traded a truck for a 2007 Range Rover, driving off the lot the lights were all over, one aiming at the sky and the other to the ground, this is to start… Took SUV home and the problems begin, we came back to Epovo, Paj, he indicated that car was being sold as is, I called Jaguar Land Rover of Chantilly to get a full inspection and it turned out that the SUV had already been there a few days prior to my purchase and to my dismay, 4600 in repairs not disclosed. I came back and told them about the repairs not being disclosed and I almost got my ass beaten by the «GANG» because I had obtained the report from Land Rover Chantilly, VA, they were not concern with the repairs that they failed to disclosed, just that I should have gotten the report. Again, They are holding my tittle after paying them 16K, Got VA Motor Dealer Board for assistance and the Commonwealth Attorney’s office involved in order to force them to give me my tittle.
FYI. They have a detail shop across from the showroom and this is where the crimes take place… They will do anything to cheat on VA inspection & emission. Buyers beware. Paj is the crook, crook. This is only half my story for now. RUNNNNNNNNNNNN
APRIL 30TH, 2016 NO TITTLE YET AND A CRIMINAL INVESTIGATION ON ITS WAY.

I needed to retire my GMC Envoy and looked on Craigslist and found this Santa Fe and decided to go by it. After the 8.9 out of 10 rating.
Called them up. Have them my price over the phone. They used NADA for pricing for cars. After about 10 minutes on the phone with them. They agreed to my price. I was told to ask for Hamid.
He’s part owner. Went there on a Saturday, test drove the car. I decided to purchase it. They will not hard pressure you to purchase. Cause if you don’t buy it the next guy will. Cars go quickly there. If you see one. Make the deal then go get it.

They clean up auction cars a bit and sell them as retail. If you do buy from them make sure you pay the low end of retail. Ask to see title before price negotiation it may end up being the village bicycle.

Do not buy a car here! They tried to sell me a 2002 bmw 325ci saying it was clean and needed nothing. I had it inspected at Ima motor sports next to them and they found 8000 $ in hidden repairs in the car. What this dealer does is but auction cars and make them look nice and sell them. Stay away from this band of thieves!

Anyone looking for a car, especially a used one must do their research. When I headed out the Epovo Auto Group on July 17, I didn’t know what to expect of the model and make I wanted would be up to the caliber I hoped for. Bijan and his brother EJ didn’t pressure me on anything. When I told Bijan what I was looking for, he was eager to get me into the car so I could drive it myself without a watch dog. After I selected the vehicle the payment process was quick and Bijan had provided copies for DMV and myself so I wouldn’t have to be searching for my own documents to register the car. I explained to Bijan a small issue I saw with the car which Bijan quickly told me to bring the car and the change will take moments. What really struck is I needed the air checked and I called for recommendations of mechanics, Bijan — on a Sunday — told me to come out to the shop. The repair was fixed right then! I will definitely check these guys out when I’m looking for a good quality car.
