Developed to change the concept of what it means to be a garden center, we decided not carry anything and everything. Instead, we carefully thought through the way we really interact with our landscape and developed a program that fits the cycle of the seasons and provides the best, most effective products.

We provide a strong & wide range of organic alternatives as well as traditional solutions that have been hand picked and tested. Unique and locally grown plant material, kind & knowledgable staff and a peaceful environment take main stage here.

History

Established in 2001.

Started as a landscape installation company, our business vision was fulfilled with the opening of The Garden By The Woods. We have always tried to use responsible and sustainable methods on our landscape installs, and enjoy sharing some of our techniques with the public at the garden center.

Business Owner

Laura’s passion for the outdoors, and especially for bringing the outdoors closer to the home and to the kitchen specifically comes from years in the landscaping and horticulture industry. She has always wanted to help «Bring Landscape to Life,» by integrating edibles into the landscape and making enjoyable spaces outside the confines of the home. Laura has been our lead landscape designer since the beginning and enjoys helping choose the best product for our clients at the store.
